Antes de viajar a una zona del Oriente peruano, donde dará inicio al año escolar, el mandatario precisó que los ministros de Estado se han desplazado a todas las regiones del país para verificar el retorno a clases de los escolares.

“Queridos niños, queridas niñas, es una inmensa alegría que, luego de dos años, podamos retornar a las aulas para encontrarnos con nuestros maestros y compañeros. Les quiero decir que hay un gobierno que va a garantizar este derecho constitucional”, afirmó.

En ese marco, felicitó a los padres de familia, a los alcaldes, a los gobernadores regionales y al país en su conjunto por haber tomado con seriedad el retorno a la presencialidad.

“Daremos todo el esfuerzo y el apoyo que requieren los niños y los jóvenes para que se sigan educando”, anotó.

El jefe de Estado también agradeció a los maestros por su compromiso con el retorno a clases, porque de ellos depende que este año escolar sea fructífero y seguro. “Cuenten con nosotros”, manifestó.

El presidente Castillo está acompañado en este viaje por el ministro de Educación, Rosendo Serna.
