Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Tras intensa jornada de diálogo en la ciudad de Huancayo, para la atención de las demandas de la población de la región, el Ejecutivo consensuó diversos acuerdos con representantes de los sectores transporte y agrícola para dar impulso al desarrollo de la región del centro del país.

A través del acta suscrita, se anunció que se limitará el Impuesto Selectivo al Consumo (ISC) en un 90% en carácter temporal; así como, se presentará un proyecto de Ley para restringir el ISC al consumo por tres meses en carácter provisional, mientras se aplican medidas complementarias.

También, se anunció la aprobación del Decreto de Urgencia que permitirá el uso de la leche fresca en la fabricación de los productos lácteos, limitando el uso de leche en polvo que beneficiará a los pequeños productores ganaderos a nivel nacional.

Asimismo, se incrementará la extracción de guano de isla y su venta a precio social, de 20 mil toneladas a cien mil toneladas por año; así como, también se reducirá la venta de guano de isla para el extranjero, quedando la misma para la demanda interna nacional, hasta el 89%. De la misma forma, se acordó exonerar el IGV a productos alimenticios básicos como fideo, arroz, harina y pollo. Además, se incrementará la banda de subsidios para el balón de gas doméstico para beneficiar a más familias.

Entre los acuerdos, también se señaló que se continuará trabajando con las organizaciones cafetaleras de la Selva Central para el desarrollo de la cadena productiva. Igualmente se anunció que se trabajará el incremento de la remuneración mínima vital para mejorar la atención de las necesidades básicas de las familias.

Antes estos anuncios detallados en el acta suscrita, se acordó también realizar un Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado en la región Junín el próximo 7 de abril.

INSTALACIÓN DE GRUPO DE TRABAJO
Cabe precisar que, de esta forma, quedó instalado el Grupo de Trabajo denominado “Mesa de Diálogo para contribuir a la atención y solución de la problemática agraria y de transporte en el departamento de Junín”.

El grupo de trabajo estará conformado por los titulares o representantes de los ministerios de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Cultura, Comercio Exteriores y Turismo, Producción, Interior, Transporte y Comunicaciones, Economía y Finanzas; así como, del Gobierno Regional de Junín, Dirección Regional de Agricultura de Junín, Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones de Junín, la Prefectura Regional y los representantes de los sectores agropecuario y de Transporte.

Además, mediante el acta, se acordó también la instalación de los subgrupos de trabajo para la atención de la problemática de los sectores agropecuarios y de transporte; así como, de las demandas socioeconómicas y de seguridad ciudadana.

ACTA DE COMPROMISO CON LOS TRANSPORTISTAS
De igual forma, los dirigentes de transporte, los ministros de Estado y representantes del Ejecutivo firmaron un acta, a través del cual se reitera el compromiso a la reducción del Impuesto Selectivo al Consumo en un 90% para el combustible, diésel, gasolina de 84 y 90, GLP a granel y doméstico.

En ese sentido, los dirigentes de transportes se comprometieron a liberar las vías ocupadas por vehículos pesados y levantar las medidas de fuerza, como el bloqueo de carreteras.

La comitiva del Ejecutivo estuvo conformada por los ministros de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Roberto Sánchez, de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Félix Chero; de Energía y Minas, Carlos Palacios; de Economía, Oscar Graham; de Desarrollo Agrario, Oscar Zea, del Interior, Alfonso Chávarry y de Cultura, Alejandro Salas, el cardenal Pedro Barreto y congresista de la República.

Asimismo, en el diálogo que se mantuvo en el Coliseo Wanka de Huancayo, participaron el viceministro de Gobernanza Territorial, Jesús Quispe, y los viceministros de Transporte y Comunicaciones y de Economía; así como, el cardenal Pedro Barreto, congresistas, dirigentes y representantes de los diferentes gremios agrarios y de transporte de Junín.
