“Saludo la disposición de nuestro premier y de los ministros y en esa función debo decir que no hay necesidad de poner trabas en una vía de comunicación, háganlo mediante el diálogo, acá hay un espacio de apertura, en este gobierno tienen las puertas abiertas de la PCM, de los ministerios y del Despacho Presidencial”, manifestó desde la plaza de Armas del distrito de Pardo Miguel –Naranjos, en la provincia de Rioja, región San Martín.

Remarcó que su gobierno garantiza el diálogo y el derecho a la protesta, con la finalidad de evitar algún tipo de persecución a los dirigentes que llevan una causa justa, como la de los transportistas, agricultores y maestros.

En esa línea, el mandatario recordó que él viene de la cantera de la lucha y que por ello conoce cómo se conduce una medida de protesta, pero advirtió que existen personas que se infiltran en las manifestaciones y hacen quedar mal a los buenos dirigentes.

“Algunas declaraciones en ese sentido han generado un malentendido y si las tengo que aclarar pidiendo disculpas o perdón al pueblo, lo haré mil veces porque jamás tengo malas intenciones y porque vengo de esa cantera de la lucha”, enfatizó.

Precisó que las demandas de la población no se han generado durante su gestión, sino que son grandes necesidades históricas que han sido postergadas y olvidadas durante muchos años.

ENTREGA DE TÍTULOS DE PROPIEDAD
En el distrito de Pardo Miguel-Naranjos, el jefe de Estado lideró la ceremonia de entrega de títulos de propiedad rural a 1,200 pequeños productores agrarios, tal como lo hizo esta semana en la región Piura.

“Con estos títulos de propiedad, las familias por fin podrán decir que son dueñas de su terreno, lo cual les dará confianza para trabajar tranquilamente en su propiedad y posteriormente heredarla a sus hijos”, destacó.

“Este título les otorgará seguridad jurídica, pero también les permitirá tocar las puertas de un banco, de la oficina de un ingeniero, de la municipalidad, del gobierno regional y hasta del Gobierno central con el fin de lograr su desarrollo”, anotó.

En otro momento, el mandatario subrayó que su gobierno sigue avanzando en el objetivo de descentralizar la economía del país para dotar de más recursos a los gobiernos locales y regionales, con el propósito de agilizar las obras que necesitan los pueblos y reducir así las brechas sociales en todo el territorio nacional.
