Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La Comisión Especial de Selección de Candidatas o Candidatos Aptos para la Elección de Magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional (TC), dio a conocer esta tarde los puntajes acumulados de los seis postulantes que ingresaron al cuadro de orden de méritos, tal como dispone el Reglamento que rige el proceso.

El puntaje final es la sumatoria de lo obtenido en la evaluación curricular y en la entrevista personal por cada uno de los postulantes a los cargos de magistrados del TC. El cuadro de méritos será publicado este lunes 11 en dos diarios de circulación nacional y en la página web de la comisión especial del TC.

Los seis postulantes en orden de mérito que superaron ambas etapas y quedaron aptos para ser eventualmente elegidos por la Representación Nacional son:

Según el cronograma aprobado, el lunes 18 de abril, la comisión especial tendrá que remitir a la Presidencia del Congreso de la República el cuadro de méritos junto con el informe final conteniendo la motivación del puntaje otorgado a cada postulante.

The final score is the sum of what was obtained in the curricular evaluation and in the personal interview for each of the applicants for the positions of magistrates of the TC. The list of merits will be published this Monday the 11th in two newspapers with national circulation and on the website of the special commission of the TC.

The six applicants in order of merit who passed both stages and were eligible to eventually be elected by the National Representation are:

According to the approved schedule, on Monday, April 18, the special commission will have to send to the Presidency of the Congress of the Republic the list of merits together with the final report containing the motivation for the score awarded to each applicant.
