Ministerio de Cultura entregó reconocimiento como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación a la Chonguinada de Junín y Chunguinada de Pasco.

Ambas expresiones culturales son atrayentes, por la elegancia de su vestuario, su colorido, tradición y representatividad de la sierra central del Perú.

Este evento realizado en la sede del Ministerio de Cultura contó con la participación del presidente Pedro Castillo; la viceministra de Patrimonio Cultural e Industrias Culturales, Janie Gómez; el vicegobernador regional de Junín, Clever Mercado; el alcalde provincial de Pasco, Marco De la Cruz, congresistas de ambas regiones, entre otras autoridades y representantes de las agrupaciones más representativas de Pasco, Junín y Tarma.

El titular de Cultura, agradeció el apoyo de los congresistas de la región para hacer posible los reconocimientos. “Nos reunimos con ambas regiones y sus congresistas para llevar adelante nuestro compromiso. Gracias a la voluntad y el dialogo llegamos a acuerdos para que la Chonguinada y la Chunguinada sean reconocidas como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación. Hoy me permito decirles que como peruanos, cuando nos sentamos a dialogar y conversar podemos hacer que las cosas pasen”, señaló el ministro.

Asimismo, hizo un llamado a todos los peruanos, para trabajar unidos en beneficio del país y dejar de lado las diferencias. “Dos regiones tan importantes para nuestro país con mucha diversidad se unieron en un mismo escenario con una misma identidad. Queremos un país unido, que avance, con progreso y desarrollo para su gente. Donde la alegría y la danza sea representativa de nuestra identidad, pero también luchar contra la pobreza, tener una mejor salud y educación. Tenemos que dejar un país sin pobres”, agregó.

Desde el Ministerio de Cultura, reafirmó su compromiso de seguir trabajando para promover y proteger nuestro patrimonio cultural y el crecimiento del país. ”Tenemos que entender que hay un gobierno que quiere trabajar por cada una de las regiones de nuestro país. Hoy Pasco y Junín le dan un ejemplo al país, que se puede consensuar y trabajar unidos. Cuando el Ejecutivo y el Legislativo se sientan y dialogan pueden pasar cosas muy lindas como esta”, culminó.

SOBRE LOS RECONOCIMIENTOS
Así, mediante Resolución Viceministerial N° 000091 – 2022 VMPCIC/MC, el Ministerio de Cultura, reconoció a la Chonguinada de Junín como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, por tratarse de una danza representativa de la sierra central, que representa una expresión visual, dancística y musical de gran riqueza simbólica cultural, reflejando la identidad en provincias y distritos en los que se representa.

Asimismo, mediante Resolución Viceministerial N° 000092 – 2022 VMPCIC/MC, también se reconoce a la Chunguinada Cerreña del departamento de Pasco, como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, por tratarse de un testimonio de la memoria histórica de la sociedad de la sierra central del Perú en tiempos coloniales y una de las danzas más representativas del departamento de Pasco, por su tradición, representatividad y colorido.

Cabe destacar que, en 2013, la Municipalidad Provincial de Junín solicitó la declaratoria de la Chonguinada como Patrimonio Cultural. Mientras que, en el 2021, el señor Tito Vera Romero solicitó la declaratoria de la Chunguinada Cerreña, en su calidad de presidente de la Comisión que elaboró el correspondiente expediente técnico.

Con ambos pedidos, la Dirección de Patrimonio Inmaterial del Ministerio de Cultura, en coordinación con las Direcciones Desconcentradas de Cultura de Pasco y de Junín, procedió a elaborar los expedientes para concretar las Resoluciones.

SOBRE EL BAILE
La Chonguinada de Junín, representa un baile de carácter humorístico de salón que trajeron los españoles, parodiados con pasos elegantes, realizado por personajes caracterizados por una vestimenta con exagerada decoración y una máscara, en referencia a la aristocracia española del siglo XVIII.

Consiste en una serie de coreografías estructuradas de manera particular, en conjuntos de pasos llamados figuras o mudanzas, que se distinguen por seguir tonadas y coreografías particulares, que los bailarines siguen en una distribución circular o cuadrangular para el intercambio de parejas, todos los integrantes siempre están dirigidos por una pareja guía la cuadrilla encargada de iniciar la coreografía.

La Chunguinada Cerreña de Pasco, es una representación danzada de carácter humorístico de los bailes de salón que trajeron los españoles, como el minué, la contradanza, la pavana, la chacona, la sardana o la gallarda, parodiados con paso elegante y afectado por personajes caracterizados por una vestimenta con exagerada decoración, en referencia a la aristocracia española del siglo XVIII.

Where joy and dance are representative of our identity, but also fight against poverty, have better health and education. We have to leave a country without poor people,” he added.

From the Ministry of Culture, he reaffirmed his commitment to continue working to promote and protect our cultural heritage and the growth of the country. ”We have to understand that there is a government that wants to work for each of the regions of our country. Today Pasco and Junín give an example to the country, that it is possible to agree and work together. ABOUT THE DANCE
The Chonguinada de Junín represents a humorous ballroom dance brought by the Spanish, parodied with elegant steps, performed by characters characterized by exaggeratedly decorated clothing and a mask, in reference to the Spanish aristocracy of the 18th century.
