Ejecutivo y comunidades indígenas de influencia al Lote Petrolero 67 levantan medidas de fuerza tras logros alcanzados.

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Una comisión del Ejecutivo junto a los dirigentes de las comunidades afiliadas a la Federación de Comunidades Nativas del Río Curacay (FECONCU) y a los representantes de las empresas Perenco y Petroperú acordaron hoy levantar las medidas de fuerza, de forma inmediata en la zona de influencia del Lote Petrolero 67, en Loreto.

De acuerdo, al acta suscrita en la reunión sostenida en el Ministerio de Energía y Minas (MINEM), las comunidades afiliadas a la FECONCU permitirán el libre tránsito en el río Curacay; así como, la movilidad de las embarcaciones de la empresa Perenco, lo que garantizará las operaciones del Lote 67 de forma indefinida.

Entre los acuerdos, también se señala que el Ejecutivo emitirá una Resolución Ministerial que conforma la Mesa Técnica de Trabajo del Lote 67, el cual será presentado el 26 de abril en la comunidad nativa San Rafael.

Asimismo, el Ministerio de Energía y Minas se comprometió a coadyuvar con el seguimiento de los proyectos de servicios básicos de la Municipalidad Distrital del Napo para su financiamiento.

Por su parte, la empresa petrolera Perenco se comprometió a no dar el impulso procesal a la carpeta fiscal del año 2019; y también, apoyará con 200 galones de combustible a los comuneros que participen en la sesión del 26 de abril.

Cabe precisar que, en esta reunión, participaron el secretario general del MINEM, Loli Wider Herrera Lavado; y los asesores de este sector, Jorge Calderón, Eduardo Cabezas, Rubén Ramírez, Miller López; y el director general de Electrificación Rural, Romeo Rojas. Además, estuvieron presentes el presidente de la FECONCU, Beltrán Sandi Tuituy, así como los asesores de la federación.

También asistieron el alcalde del distrito del Napo, Gil Blas Ruiz; así como el equipo técnico de los Pueblos Indígenas Afectados por la Actividad Petrolera (PAAP) y los representantes de las empresas Petroperú y Perenco; así como, de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros.
