Del mismo modo, para agilizar y dar mayor transparencia a los procesos complejos por delitos de corrupción, lavado de activos, terrorismo y otros, que juzga esta jurisdicción, que preside el juez superior César Sahuanay Calsín.

En el encuentro desarrollado en la sede Carlos Zavala se trataron temas como el protocolo institucional referido a plazos de actuación en etapas de investigación y control de acusación, carga procesal y redistribución de causas en los órganos jurisdiccionales en base a la complejidad correspondiente.

Asimismo, capacitaciones conjuntas a fiscales y jueces sobre temas sensibles y mejoramiento de la conectividad virtual en las audiencias, reglas de actuación procesal, entre otros.

Participaron en la reunión Daniel Jara Espinoza, coordinador de la Fiscalía Superior Nacional y Fiscalías Penales Supraprovinciales Especializada en Derechos Humanos, Interculturalidad y Terrorismo; Jorge Chávez Cotrina, coordinador Nacional de las Fiscalías Especializadas contra la Criminalidad Organizada.

También, Liliana Briceño Aguayo, del Equipo Especial de Fiscales Especializados en Delitos de Lavado de Activos y Pérdida de Dominio; Omar Tello Rosales, coordinador Nacional de las Fiscalías Especializadas en delitos de Corrupción de Funcionarios.

Además, intervinieron el representante de la Defensa Pública y Acceso a la Justicia, Francisco Vegas Palomino, así como Jacqueline Gutarra Castañeda, de la Junta Nacional de Decanos de los Colegios de Abogados del Perú.

Barrios Alvarado explicó también los aplicativos creados por el Poder Judicial para transparentar la función jurisdiccional como el Casillero Judicial de Jueces y Juezas, el Módulo del Sentido de Decisiones Judiciales, entre otros.

La reunión se desarrolló en el marco de la visita de trabajo a la Corte Superior Nacional, a fin de inspeccionar la labor judicial, y conocer sus avances y necesidades.

Previamente, la autoridad judicial presidió una sesión de Sala Plena ampliada con jueces, juezas superiores y especializados de esta Corte.
