“Quieren transparencia, investigación, sometámonos todos, el Poder Ejecutivo, el Poder Legislativo, Poder Judicial, el Ministerio Público, todos los altos funcionarios del Estado”, manifestó desde la ciudad de Iquitos, donde lideró la XIV Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado.

El mandatario pidió que lo dejen trabajar, junto al equipo de ministros que hacen un esfuerzo para llegar a todas las regiones del país, ya que tiene una responsabilidad con todos los peruanos.

“Déjenos trabajar, muchas veces se ensañan conmigo porque no hablamos como los que han sido adiestrados. Ayer vergonzosamente escuchamos que hacían un allanamiento ¿Ustedes creen que el allanamiento es gratis? Eso debe servirnos para darle una laptop al pueblo, para atender las necesidades”, refirió.

El jefe de Estado cuestionó el entorpecimiento al trabajo de los funcionarios de su gobierno que se realiza cuando representantes del Ministerio Público ingresan reiteradamente a Palacio de Gobierno a hacer diligencias.

“Mientras estaban haciendo uso de la palabra unos ministros, he tenido que responder al personal de Palacio de Gobierno, donde acaba de estar nuevamente la fiscalía entorpeciendo la labor y, muchas veces, denigrando, causando muchas cosas hasta a mi propia familia. Lo rechazo rotundamente”, refirió.

En otro momento, el jefe de Estado recordó que ha presentado al Congreso más de 34 proyectos de ley, uno de los cuales propone industrializar el país y resolver otras necesidades.

“Cómo es posible que en 200 años de vida republicana todavía tengamos hermanos que no saben qué es un Documento Nacional de Identidad ( DNI) , una partida de nacimiento, menos conocen el derecho a la educación, a la salud”, cuestionó.

En esa línea, pidió a los ministerios que prioricen la viabilidad de los proyectos que generan el desarrollo de los pueblos y que en conjunto hagan los esfuerzos para destrabar aquellos proyectos que se encuentran entrampados.

Dijo también que está vigilante del accionar de los ministros de Estado e indicó que si tiene que cambiarlos porque no cumplen con las expectativas del cargo de confianza y no atienden a la población, lo hará.

Finalmente, el mandatario exhortó a que los consejos de ministros descentralizados que realiza su gobierno no dejen fuera a ninguna autoridad o representante de la sociedad civil, porque la finalidad es justamente escuchar a todos para que cada sector atienda sus necesidades.

El presidente clausuró el XIV Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado en el que participó también el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres, ministros y ministras de Estado, así como autoridades locales y representantes de la sociedad civil.

“While some ministers were taking the floor, I had to respond to the staff of the Government Palace, where the prosecution has just been again, hindering the work and, many times, denigrating, causing many things even to my own family. I strongly reject it,” he said.

At another time, the head of state recalled that he has presented more than 34 bills to Congress, one of which proposes to industrialize the country and solve other needs.

“How is it possible that in 200 years of republican life we ​​still have brothers who do not know what a National Identity Document (DNI) is, a birth certificate, less do they know the right to education, to health,” he questioned.

Along these lines, he asked the ministries to prioritize the viability of the projects that generate the development of the towns and that they jointly make efforts to unlock those projects that are trapped.

He also said that he is vigilant of the actions of the ministers of State and indicated that if he has to change them because they do not meet the expectations of the position of trust and do not serve the population, he will do so.

Finally, the president urged that the decentralized councils of ministers carried out by his government not leave out any authority or representative of civil society, because the purpose is precisely to listen to everyone so that each sector meets their needs.
