Este aplicativo está dirigido a los titulares de títulos habilitantes y regentes forestales, para que puedan remitir y registrar información clara y oportuna que permita evidenciar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones, asociadas a la gestión de recursos forestales, establecidas en el marco normativo. Además, permite reportar amenazas y/o delitos ambientales que se puedan desarrollar dentro de las áreas de manejo.

La capacitación estuvo dirigida a titulares, regentes y representantes del Gobierno Regional de Loreto (GORE-Loreto). El primer día se revisaron conceptos teóricos sobre las obligaciones que deben cumplir, mientras que el segundo día se realizó una visita a campo para tener una experiencia práctica en el manejo del aplicativo, tanto en su versión de escritorio como móvil, el cual ha sido desarrollado con el soporte técnico del Proyecto Prevenir de USAID.

“La tarea de nosotros como Estado y como cooperantes es acompañar a las comunidades para que se organicen en el aprovechamiento legal del recurso forestal”, manifestó al inicio de la jornada el gerente de la Gerencia Regional de Desarrollo Forestal y Fauna Silvestre de Loreto (GERFOR), Óscar Llapapasca, quien destacó la importancia de desarrollar herramientas como este aplicativo para luchar contra la tala ilegal y garantizar un buen aprovechamiento de los recursos del bosque.

Por su parte, Ildefonso Riquelme, director de la Dirección de Supervisiones del OSINFOR, sostuvo que con la app MiBosque se permite un “acercamiento a los usuarios del bosque” para crear las condiciones necesarias para que estos puedan realizar un aprovechamiento sostenible de los recursos forestales y de fauna silvestre.

“Con este aplicativo queremos alentar y facilitar la presentación de documentos administrativos y, por consecuencia, el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones”.

El objetivo de MiBosque es permitir entregar la información de forma clara y oportuna, y alertar sobre acciones ilícitas en las áreas de manejo forestal, en tiempo real, mediante canales digitales, siendo esta herramienta la primera de este tipo.

“Este aplicativo va a servir para que los regentes y usuarios que realizamos operaciones forestales podamos transmitir información importante y que garantice el buen manejo que se está realizando en estas áreas”, manifestó Vladimir Encinas, regente forestal que participó en la capacitación, quien además destacó la contribución de esta herramienta para demostrar el origen legal de los productos del bosque.

Por su parte, Ernesto López, titular de dos concesiones en Loreto, dijo que una de las características más importantes del aplicativo es que puede utilizarse de manera online y offline (sin uso de datos móviles). “Nosotros muchas veces estamos en lugares en los que no hay cobertura de internet. Con MiBosque vamos a poder estar al día en el reporte de nuestras obligaciones”, sostuvo.

Esta aplicación servirá para orientar a los administrados y/o regentes forestales en la gestión de los recursos forestales, aportar a la lucha contra los delitos ambientales y transparentar la información generada de los títulos habilitantes en cuanto a la producción (volúmenes) de recursos, y ponerla a disposición de las diferentes instituciones involucradas a través de la interoperabilidad.

The objective of MiBosque is to allow information to be delivered in a clear and timely manner, and to alert on illegal actions in forest management areas, in real time, through digital channels, this tool being the first of its kind.

“This application is going to serve so that the regents and users who carry out forestry operations can transmit important information and guarantee the good management that is being carried out in these areas,” said Vladimir Encinas, forestry regent who participated in the training, who also highlighted the contribution of this tool to demonstrate the legal origin of forest products.

For his part, Ernesto López, owner of two concessions in Loreto, said that one of the most important characteristics of the application is that it can be used online and offline (without the use of mobile data). “We are often in places where there is no internet coverage. With MiBosque we will be able to keep up to date with the reporting of our obligations,” he said.

This application will serve to guide forest administrators and/or regents in the management of forest resources, contribute to the fight against environmental crimes and make transparent the information generated from the enabling titles regarding the production (volumes) of resources, and make it available to the different institutions involved through interoperability.
