Gobierno crea la Comisión de Alto Nivel a fin de que se adopten acciones inmediatas contra la crisis de la seguridad alimentaria y la agricultura familiar.

La Comisión de Alto Nivel estará integrado por el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, el Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, el Ministerio de la Producción, el Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión social, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, el Ministerio de Salud, el Ministerio de Transportes
Comunicaciones y el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos.

El principal objetivo de dicha comisión es promover acciones que garanticen la continuidad de la producción agrícola y el abastecimiento de alimentos para el consumo nacional, remarcó el jefe de Estado.

De acuerdo a la Resolución Suprema, entre las funciones de dicha comisión figuran: realizar el diagnóstico y estado situacional de la producción agrícola y el abastecimiento de alimentos.

También proponer medidas para contrarrestar posibles actos de acaparamiento y especulación de alimentos y productos.

Del mismo modo, identificar los productos necesarios para la alimentación de la población, así como establecer las estratégicas para mantener o incrementar su producción e importación.

Asimismo, promover un mecanismo de compra de alimentos provenientes de la agricultura a fin de destinarlos a las ollas comunes, comedores populares y establecimientos de salud.

La Comisión de Alto Nivel se instalará en un plazo no mayor a 3 días hábiles, contados tras la publicación de la Resolución Suprema y tendrá una vigencia de 45 días calendarios. Los miembros de dicha comisión ejercerán sus funciones ad honorem y contarán con un representante alterno.

Cabe precisar que el funcionamiento de la Comisión de Alto Nivel, se financia con cargo al presupuesto institucional del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego sin demandar recursos adicionales al tesoro público.

Likewise, promote a mechanism for the purchase of food from agriculture in order to allocate it to the common pots, popular kitchens and health establishments.

The High Level Commission will be installed within a period not exceeding 3 business days, counted after the publication of the Supreme Resolution and will be valid for 45 calendar days. The members of said commission will exercise their functions ad honorem and will have an alternate representative.

It should be noted that the operation of the High Level Commission is financed from the institutional budget of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation without demanding additional resources from the public treasury.
