Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Luego de una jornada intensa de trabajo de dos días, la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) informó que el Gobierno Nacional y los representantes de seis comunidades de la provincia de Cotabambas (Apurímac), y de la minera Las Bambas, suscribieron un acta mediante el cual se levantan las medidas de fuerza y la empresa podrá reanudar sus actividades en la zona.

Los representantes de las comunidades de Fuerabamba, Huancuire, Pumamarca, Chila, Choaquere, y Chuicuni, se comprometieron a suspender las protestas y dar una tregua de 30 días, restableciendo la paz social en beneficio de todos los ciudadanos de esta parte del país.

ACUERDOS:
1.- Las seis comunidades acuerdan otorgar una tregua de 30 días y levantar inmediatamente toda medida de lucha para garantizar el reinicio total de las operaciones y transportes de concentrados, insumos y personal de la minera Las Bambas. A su vez el reinicio total de las actividades comerciales de los empresarios locales.
2.- Las seis comunidades y el Estado acuerdan instalar el espacio de diálogo denominado Mesa de Cumplimiento y Seguimiento de Compromisos, con participación de la Defensoría del Pueblo que permita determinar acuerdos y compromisos con un cronograma para su cumplimiento para cada comunidad, que se iniciará el 15 de junio y concluirá el 15 de julio; luego de dicho plazo las partes se reunirán el 20 de julio para evaluar los resultados.
3.- El Poder Ejecutivo se compromete, una vez suscrito el acta, a gestionar la derogatoria inmediata de Estado de Emergencia en los distritos de Chalhuahuacho y Coyllurqui, de la provincia de Cotabambas.
4.- El Poder Ejecutivo se compromete a instalar una mesa técnica para el acompañamiento y seguimiento de los acuerdos y compromisos producto de las mesas de cumplimiento. En dichas mesas, entre otros puntos se evaluará las denuncias generadas en el contexto de protestas.
5.- La minera Las Bambas S.A se compromete a no reiniciar actividades en el tajo Chalcobamba durante los 30 días de la tregua y la comunidad de Huancuire levanta todas las medidas de protestas.
6.- Minera Las Bambas S.A se compromete a realizar una reestructuración de los funcionarios que participan de las mesas de diálogo.
7.- Cabe señalar que en el marco de la política de diálogo que impulsa el Gobierno y, por encargo del presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo Terrones, se conformó Comisión de Alto Nivel Ministerial para que resolviera este problema. Dicha Comisión de Alto Nivel fue presidida por la titular del Ministerio de Energía y Minas, Alessandra Herrera, y tuvo como integrantes a los ministros de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Félix Chero, de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Roberto Sánchez; y de Ambiente, Modesto Montoya; de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Diana Miloslavich.

Finalmente, participaron el viceministro de Gobernanza Territorial de la PCM, Jesús Quispe Arones, y la reunión contó con la presencia de representantes de la Defensoría del Pueblo.

4.- The Executive Branch undertakes to set up a technical committee to monitor and monitor the agreements and commitments resulting from the compliance committees. In these tables, among other points, the complaints generated in the context of protests will be evaluated.
5.- The mining company Las Bambas S.A is committed not to restart activities in the Chalcobamba pit during the 30 days of the truce and the community of Huancuire lifts all protest measures.
