Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres Vásquez, se reunió hoy con los integrantes de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales (ANGR) y con el titular del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), Óscar Graham, con el objetivo de evaluar medidas urgentes para agilizar las inversiones regionales en el marco de los compromisos adoptados en los Consejos de Ministros Descentralizados.

“Como autoridades tenemos que esforzarnos por gastar bien el presupuesto, que consiste en ejecutar obras de infraestructura y servicios que tanto necesita la población para su desarrollo y progreso. Este es un gobierno preocupado por el buen uso de cada Sol que tenemos que invertir, especialmente en las localidades más alejadas donde el Estado nunca estuvo presente”, dijo el titular de la PCM.

Explicó que los proyectos que se presenten ante el MEF deben tener su expediente técnico y su asignación presupuestal, estos proyectos deben ejecutarse dentro de un plazo establecido y contribuirán con los ciudadanos porque se generan empleos en la zona donde se llevan a cabo.

“Si ejecutamos el presupuesto estamos haciendo inversión pública, es lo que necesitamos porque ello jala a que los empresarios se animen a realizar la inversión privada”, señaló en la reunión con los GORES, que se realizó en Palacio de Gobierno.

Precisó que ha dado instrucciones al MEF para que los proyectos que cumplen con todos los requisitos para ser ejecutados, se tiene que hacer la transferencia de dinero, para que las obras se construyan pronto.

Durante la reunión se dialogó sobre la necesidad de iniciar reformas urgentes frente a una posible crisis de la agricultura, la economía y emergencia sanitaria. Asimismo, indicó que el Gobierno, a través del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (MIDAGRI), está haciendo obras a nivel nacional como represas de agua en la altura, proceso conocido como siembra de agua, para no perder el agua que cae con la lluvia, y poder utilizarlo en la agricultura.

Para mejorar las inversiones también se propuso a los gobernadores regionales mejorar sus recursos humanos, así como analizar si es posible revisar algún shock de inversiones en sus jurisdicciones.

Finalmente, en el encuentro ejecutivo se trató también sobre las disposiciones para reiniciar el proceso de descentralización y potenciar la gestión educativa a nivel nacional. “Sinceramente agradezco la presencia de cada uno de los gobernadores regionales por haber asistido a esta importante reunión y compartir nuestros puntos de vista. Nuestro gobierno está a disposición de ustedes”, concluyó.

He specified that he has instructed the MEF so that the projects that meet all the requirements to be executed, have to transfer money, so that the works are built soon.

During the meeting, they discussed the need to initiate urgent reforms in the face of a possible crisis in agriculture, the economy and a health emergency. He also indicated that the Government, through the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI), is carrying out works at the national level such as high-altitude water dams, a process known as water sowing, so as not to lose the water that falls with the rain, and be able to use it in agriculture.

In order to improve investments, regional governors were also proposed to improve their human resources, as well as analyze whether it is possible to review any investment shock in their jurisdictions.

Finally, the executive meeting also discussed the provisions to restart the decentralization process and strengthen educational management at the national level. “I sincerely appreciate the presence of each of the regional governors for having attended this important meeting and sharing our points of view.
