En el marco de la Semana de la Innovación se presentó esta plataforma en una ceremonia que contó con la participación del director de la Dirección de Políticas y Programas de CTeI del Concytec, Pedro Bernal, quien explicó que el objetivo de la página es brindar servicios de capacitación dirigido a los diferentes factores del sistema como las empresas, universidades y entidades del gobierno.

“Con esto se busca desarrollar las capacidades de gestión del desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación, asimismo se tiene como objetivo el proveer servicios de capacitación dirigido a los diferentes factores del sistema empresas, universidad y entidades del gobierno que están vinculadas a la promoción y ejecución de actividades a la ciencia y tecnología”, expresó.

Bernal resaltó dos puntos muy importantes para la creación de esta plataforma. El primero es la necesidad de construir las capacidades de gestión para generar la producción del conocimiento lo cual se expresa en la formación de investigadores altamente capacitados, mejoras en la infraestructura y equipamiento científico. El segundo punto es conseguir nuevos productos y proyectos, para ello se financian iniciativas de innovación de las empresas y se promueve el vínculo de academia y empresa.

El funcionario de Concytec también precisó que el inicio de esta plataforma se realizó en colaboración con el INS, la Embajada Británica e Indecopi, y espera contar con la participación de más empresas.

A su turno, la subdirectora de Innovación y Transferencia Tecnológica del Concytec, Karina Maldonado expuso sobre los pilares que rigen a la plataforma “Capacítate” como el desarrollo de capacidades que permite fortalecer el capital humano; la transferencia tecnológica con la asociación, colaboración y articulación entre la academia y la industria. Además, habló de la transformación digital para ofrecer información, herramientas y servicios, y del último pilar que es la articulación institucional que busca promover esfuerzos, servicios, herramientas e información en el Estado.

Por su parte, el embajador del Reino Unido en Perú, Gavin Cook, comentó que la colaboración para la creación de “Capacítate” es muy importante y tienen el compromiso de mejorar los espacios de colaboración bilateral.

Cook señaló que la ciencia es importante para el mundo. Además, es el cimiento de las soluciones a múltiples crisis como los descubrimientos para beneficiar a la humanidad. Por ejemplo, la COVID-19, pues sin la ciencia el impacto de la pandemia habría sido más perjudicial.

“La ciencia pretende explicar cómo es el mundo con una visión imparcial y nos permite reducir las dudas sobre cuestiones claves. Son los cimientos de soluciones a múltiples crisis”, manifestó Cook.

For his part, the ambassador of the United Kingdom in Peru, Gavin Cook, commented that the collaboration for the creation of “Capacítate” is very important and they are committed to improving spaces for bilateral collaboration.

Cook noted that science is important to the world. In addition, it is the foundation of solutions to multiple crises such as discoveries to benefit humanity. For example, COVID-19, because without science the impact of the pandemic would have been more damaging.
