Por su innovador diseño, las viviendas Sumaq Wasi ayudan a captar el calor del día y mantenerlo durante la noche, lo cual permite proteger y mejorar la calidad de vida de familias de muy escasos recursos del ámbito rural.

Las 32 casitas calientes fueron construidas bajo la modalidad de núcleos ejecutores, por medio del Programa Nacional de Vivienda Rural del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, con una inversión de 944,433 soles.

Es preciso indicar que, en el marco del Plan Multisectorial, el Gobierno prevé culminar este año 7,942 viviendas Sumaq Wasi que beneficiarán a igual número de familias, con una inversión de 218 millones de soles.

La actividad, de carácter multisectorial, contará con la participación del viceministro de Gobernanza Territorial de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, Jesús Quispe Arones; y de las viceministras de Vivienda y Urbanismo del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Cecilia Lecaros Vértiz; y de Políticas y Evaluación Social del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, María Tarazona Alvino.

Asimismo, de funcionarios de los ministerios de Salud y de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (Indeci), del Gobierno Regional y de los municipios provincial de El Collao y distrital de Ilave, así como de miembros del Ejército.

VACUNACIÓN Y ABRIGO
El Ministerio de Salud realizó las coordinaciones para que la Dirección de Salud de Puno lleve a cabo una jornada de inmunización contra la influenza y neumococo de la población mayor de 60 años y de menores de cinco años del centro poblado citado.

También, se aplicarán vacunas contra la COVID-19 y se brindarán consultas de medicina general y psicología, entre otras acciones. De igual modo, personal del Indeci y del Ejército entregarán frazadas y casacas a los pobladores.

INTERVENCIÓN DEL MIDAGRI
A su vez, el Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego realizará una jornada de desparasitación, vía oral, al ganado de los productores pecuarios de la zona, principalmente alpacas. También, se llevará a cabo la administración de golpes vitaminados (dosificación a las cabezas de ganado).

Para este 2022, en la región Puno se tiene previsto beneficiar a 512,900 cabezas de ganado con la entrega de 5,129 kits veterinarios, los cuales constan de antiparasitarios internos, externos, antibióticos, etc., y accesorios complementarios como jeringas, agujas, alcohol yodado, entre otros, con el fin de implementar medidas para reducir la vulnerabilidad del ganado y mejorar su condición física para una mayor resiliencia ante la presencia de fenómenos meteorológicos adversos, reduciendo la morbilidad y mortalidad.

Estas intervenciones también se ejecutarán en el marco del Plan Multisectorial ante Heladas y Friaje 2022-2024, que cuenta con un presupuesto superior a los 524 millones de soles para el presente año.

Por medio de esta herramienta, el Gobierno ejecuta un conjunto de acciones multisectoriales focalizadas para proteger, de manera oportuna, la integridad física y los medios de vida de más de dos millones de peruanos en 6,787 centros poblados de 436 distritos expuestos a los efectos adversos de las heladas y en 2,793 centros poblados de 117 distritos vulnerables al friaje.
