“Hemos dispuesto a los funcionarios del Gobierno para que atiendan las demandas de la población y fortalecer los subgrupos de la Mesa de Diálogo de Candarave. Asimismo, se va a hacer desde la Secretaría de Gestión Social y Diálogo de la PCM un seguimiento exhaustivo para el cumplimiento de los acuerdos suscritos”, afirmó el premier.
La Mesa de Diálogo para abordar integralmente la problemática hídrica de la provincia de Candarave se conformó como un grupo de trabajo el 27 de agosto de 2019. Desde entonces ha venido sesionando con regularidad a través de los subgrupos, instancias de carácter técnico que analizan los temas de interés planteados por los integrantes de cada espacio de diálogo.
“Hemos venido acompañados de los ministros y funcionarios del Estado, a esta reunión ejecutiva que tiene la finalidad de continuar la Mesa de Diálogo en Candarave, con el objetivo de atender las demandas de su población, que impulsará el desarrollo sostenible en esta provincia y sus distritos”, remarcó el jefe del gabinete de la PCM.
Esta reunión es una muestra de un ejercicio democrático y un ejemplo de continuidad del trabajo con el pueblo y nos corresponde honrar la palabra adquirida con las autoridades locales y con la población candaraveña en general.
“Con este evento estamos enviando el mensaje de que el gobierno del presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo, está decidido a impulsar el desarrollo de nuestros pueblos de manera articulada”, destacó.
Explicó también que, desde la instalación de la actual mesa de diálogo, en diciembre del 2021, la PCM busca abordar integralmente la problemática hídrica de la Provincia de Candarave, por lo cual ha venido sesionando, a través de 03 subgrupos de trabajo.
El primer subgrupo a cargo de la Autoridad Nacional del Agua (ANA) que se encarga de la revisión de licencia de uso de agua, el segundo subgrupo a cargo del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, encargado de la calidad y cantidad de agua para uso poblacional, y el tercer subgrupo, que tiene como coordinador a AGRORURAL que se encarga de la calidad y cantidad de agua para uso agropecuario.
Por otro lado, el premier señaló que ha dispuesto que la PCM gestione con el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Agrario (Midagri), y el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF) para que aceleren los términos de referencia de la contratación de servicios para la supervisión, evaluación y aprobación del expediente técnico del proyecto denominado “Creación del Servicio de agua para riego en las Comisiones de Usuarios de Cairani, Huanura, QuilaHuani y distrito de Candarave, provincia de Candarave (represa Callazas)”; cuyo monto de inversión de perfil es de S/ 143 millones; el cual tiene una extensión de 3,392 hectáreas y beneficiará a 3,680 familias.
Asimismo, el premier informó que con el fin de garantizar la continuidad de los acuerdos y de los avances alcanzados hasta el momento, ha sido necesario realizar la ampliación de la vigencia de la Mesa de Diálogo; así como desplegar un nuevo impulso a este espacio, bajo una nueva agenda de trabajo.
“Hemos expuesto los avances concretos de los sectores y niveles de gobierno involucrados con el único objetivo de encontrar salidas fructíferas al problema de acceso de agua, saneamiento urbano y rural, para el beneficio de la población candaraveños”, comentó.
Finalmente, el jefe de la PCM dijo que desde el Gobierno central se ha dispuesto que los ministerios con sus equipos técnicos colaboren con los gobiernos locales y regionales, para levantar rápidamente las observaciones de sus proyectos de inversión.

“We have been accompanied by the ministers and State officials, to this executive meeting that has the purpose of continuing the Dialogue Table in Candarave, with the aim of meeting the demands of its population, which will promote sustainable development in this province and its districts”, remarked the head of the PCM cabinet.
This meeting is a sample of a democratic exercise and an example of continuity of work with the people and it is up to us to honor the word acquired with the local authorities and with the Candaraveña population in general.
“With this event we are sending the message that the government of the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, is determined to promote the development of our peoples in an articulated manner,” he stressed.
He also explained that, since the installation of the current dialogue table, in December 2021, the PCM seeks to comprehensively address the water problem of the Province of Candarave, for which it has been meeting, through 03 working subgroups.
The first subgroup in charge of the National Water Authority (ANA) that is in charge of reviewing the water use license, the second subgroup in charge of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, in charge of the quality and quantity of water for population use, and the third subgroup, whose coordinator is AGRORURAL, which is responsible for the quality and quantity of water for agricultural use.

Finally, the head of the PCM said that the central government has arranged for the ministries with their technical teams to collaborate with local and regional governments, to quickly raise the observations of their investment projects.
