“Vamos a hacer realidad la llegada de la urea, cueste lo que cueste, a las chacras de todo el país para garantizar los sembríos. No nos van a doblegar”, dijo el mandatario tras la colocación de la primera piedra del proyecto de mejoramiento del servicio de agua para riego que beneficiará a más de 1000 familias de las comunidades de Ancahuasi, San Martín, San Rafael, Chamancalla y Chaquilccasa.
El jefe de Estado denunció que personas de mal actuar en los ministerios tienen la intención de perjudicar al Gobierno. “Vamos a garantizar los fertilizantes, pero hago pública una denuncia: manos negras y burocráticas en los sectores de los ministerios pretenden hacer caer las buenas intenciones que tiene este Gobierno”.
En otro momento, afirmó que el Ejecutivo no puede darle la espalda al agricultor en la atención a sus demandas, por lo que redoblarán las acciones para dejar obras que beneficien a los agricultores por un largo periodo de tiempo.
“A un año de gestión, estamos haciendo todo el esfuerzo para dejar soluciones sostenibles en el tiempo y no cosas efímeras. Una de ellas es dejar en manos del propio agricultor no solo agua sino también una carretera para llevar los productos y garantizar el acceso a los mercados”, manifestó.
El presidente Castillo también anunció que se harán los esfuerzos necesarios para dotar de mayores recursos al sector agrario y otorgar créditos a los agricultores que garanticen la alimentación de la población peruana.
Por otro lado, el mandatario exhortó al Congreso de la República y al próximo presidente de la Mesa Directiva a dejar de lado la confrontación inútil al considerar que perjudica al Perú y hacer esfuerzos conjuntos para agendar los grandes problemas del país.
Finalmente, solicitó al Parlamento que se apruebe su salida del país para viajar a Nueva York y participar de la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), desde donde hará un llamado a los inversionistas extranjeros a que visiten el Perú.

President Castillo also announced that the necessary efforts will be made to provide more resources to the agricultural sector and grant credits to farmers that guarantee the food of the Peruvian population.
On the other hand, the president urged the Congress of the Republic and the next president of the Board of Directors to put aside the useless confrontation considering that it harms Peru and make joint efforts to schedule the country’s major problems.
Finally, he asked Parliament to approve his departure from the country to travel to New York and participate in the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN), from where he will call on foreign investors to visit Peru.
