En una ceremonia realizada en la Sala Cáceres de Palacio de Gobierno, el jefe de Estado tomó juramento a César Rodrigo Landa Arroyo como nuevo ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, quien reemplaza al excanciller Miguel Rodríguez MacKay.
Landa Arroyo regresa al Palacio de Torre Tagle luego de su paso por Cancillería entre el 1 de febrero al 5 de agosto de este año.
Del mismo modo, el mandatario tomó juramento a la ingeniera agrónoma Jenny Patricia Ocampo Escalante como nueva ministra de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, en reemplazo del ex ministro Andrés Alencastre Calderón.
MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES
El nuevo Canciller fue profesor principal de Derecho Constitucional en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) y en la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
Asimismo, ejerció como consultor constitucional nacional e internacional y árbitro de instituciones públicas y privadas, especializado en derechos fundamentales y derechos Humanos. También en derecho procesal constitucional, derecho constitucional económico, jurisdicción constitucional e interamericana y convencionalización del derecho.
Además, fue presidente y magistrado del Tribunal Constitucional del Perú entre diciembre del 2004 a junio del 2010.
Ocupó el cargo de Juez Ad-Hoc de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. Fue viceministro de Estado en el Despacho de Justicia. También fue Decano de la Facultad de Derecho de la PUCP.
MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO AGRARIO Y RIEGO
En tanto, la nueva ministra de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Jenny Ocampo Escalante, cuenta con estudios de maestría en Gestión Pública, cursos de postgrado en Gestión Ambiental y en mejoramiento de cultivos de secano.
Tiene diplomados en desarrollo de industrias creativas; formulación de proyectos de inversión pública, buenas prácticas de gestión ambiental empresarial – BGE del Programa de Gestión Ambiental Rentable.
Fue directora general de Pesca Artesanal del Ministerio de la Producción. Fue gerente de Desarrollo Productivo del Gobierno Regional de Lambayeque, y gestora comercial en el programa Sierra y Selva Exportadora.
Además, formó parte de la Organización Mundial de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y Agricultura (FAO).
