Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, a través de la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital, anuncia el lanzamiento de la Red Nacional de Laboratorios de Innovación Digital que tiene como objetivo impulsar espacios de innovación abierta, innovación social e innovación ciudadana a fin de fortalecer el ecosistema digital principalmente en las regiones, fortalecer el talento digital y el ejercicio de la ciudadanía digital en el país, conforme a lo establecido en el eje 8 de la Política General de Gobierno transformación digital con equidad.

La Red Nacional de Laboratorios de Innovación Digital es impulsada desde la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital dando cumplimiento a la Ley Nº 31449 que fortalece el Laboratorio de Gobierno y Transformación Digital para el impulso de la innovación en el ámbito público basándose en la articulación de los laboratorios de innovación y transformación digital públicos y privados de forma descentralizada a fin de promover la cocreación de servicios y plataformas digitales orientadas a atender las reales necesidades de las personas.

“Desde la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital estamos comprometidos con impulsar espacios de innovación abierta para unir esfuerzos públicos y privados en favor del proceso nacional de transformación digital. Estamos convencidos que de manera integrada, articulada y descentralizada podemos aprovechar las tecnologías digitales para cumplir las expectativas de la ciudadanía”, sostuvo Marushka Chocobar, secretaria de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM.

La Red Nacional de Laboratorios de Innovación Digital busca sensibilizar a la ciudadanía, academia, sociedad civil, y actores públicos y privados sobre la importancia de los espacios de innovación abierta; impulsar el uso y aprovechamiento de tecnologías disruptivas como la inteligencia artificial, internet de las cosas, ciudades inteligentes u otras tecnologías y promover la participación de la sociedad en su conjunto en el proceso nacional de transformación digital, a través de proyectos de responsabilidad social enfocados en el talento digital, seguridad digital y transformación digital en general.

MÁS DE 50 LABORATORIOS ACTIVOS
A la fecha son más de 50 laboratorios activos en la Red Nacional que buscarán impulsar una agenda de desafíos públicos con la finalidad de generar soluciones digitales en favor de las personas.

Recientemente el Gobierno Regional de Cajamarca implementó su Laboratorio de Innovación y Transformación Digital convirtiéndose en el primer laboratorio regional en integrarse a la Red Nacional y se han activado 40 laboratorios de la academia, 11 del sector privado, 4 del sector público y 2 de la sociedad civil en Lima, Arequipa, Tarapoto (San Martín), Chachapoyas (Amazonas), Chimbote (Ancash), Ayacucho, La Libertad, Iquitos (Loreto), Madre de Dios, Pasco, San Martín, Tacna, Tumbes, Huancayo (Junín), Cajamarca, Huancavelica, Cusco, Chiclayo (Lambayeque).

En el marco del Decreto Legislativo N°1412, el Decreto de Urgencia N°006-2020, el Decreto de Urgencia N°007-2020 y sus normas reglamentarias, la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros ejerce la rectoría en materia de gobierno, confianza y transformación digital en el país y viene liderando el despliegue de tecnologías digitales en favor de garantizar el acceso inclusivo, seguro y de calidad al entorno digital en todas las regiones del país para consolidar la ciudadanía digital como lo establece la Política General de Gobierno 2021-2026.

Actualmente, el Laboratorio de Gobierno y Transformación Digital forma parte de la Red Iberoamericana de Laboratorios de Innovación Ciudadana y de las iniciativas publicadas en el Observatorio de Innovación Pública de la Organización para la Cooperación y Desarrollo Económicos.

The National Network of Digital Innovation Laboratories seeks to raise awareness among citizens, academia, civil society, and public and private actors about the importance of open innovation spaces; promote the use and exploitation of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, the internet of things, smart cities or other technologies and promote the participation of society as a whole in the national process of digital transformation, through social responsibility projects focused on digital talent, digital security and digital transformation in general.
