Durante su discurso, el mandatario destacó la importancia de estas obras que permitirán que más peruanos tengan acceso a la energía eléctrica y mitigar los cortes de luz que sufrían en varias localidades.
“Hoy estamos inaugurando 3 importantes obras. La ampliación de la capacidad de transformación de la subestación de esta ciudad permitirá mejorar la calidad del servicio de electricidad y disminuir los cortes de energía”, remarcó el jefe de Estado.
El primer proyecto referido a la “Ampliación de la capacidad de transformación de la Subestación Bagua de 2.5 megavoltamperios (MVA) hasta 7 MVA”, beneficiará a más de 51,250 peruanos de los distritos de Bagua, La Peca, Copallin y el Parco. El monto de inversión de la obra fue de S/ 782,000.
Del mismo modo, en el caso del segundo proyecto, el mandatario inauguró la “Ampliación de la capacidad de transformación de la Subestación Bagua Grande de 4 MVA hasta 7 MVA” en beneficio de 66,830 ciudadanos de las localidades de Bagua Grande, Cajaruro, El Milagro y Jamalca. La inversión en dicho proyecto fue de S/ 815,000.
El tercer proyecto que contempla el “Mejoramiento y ampliación de redes de distribución primaria, secundaria y conexiones domiciliarias de 26 sectores en las provincias de Chachapoyas, Bongará y Jaén” beneficiará a 2,538 habitantes tras una inversión de S/ 5.1 millones.
“Este servicio debe garantizar que las familias peruanas no solamente puedan estudiar, sino también facilitar el desarrollo para la industria, para la educación, porque solamente así, haciendo un trabajo en conjunto, vamos a sacar adelante a los pueblos”, mencionó.
El desarrollo de dichas obras estuvo a cargo de Electro Oriente S.A. y tuvo una inversión de más de S/ 6.7 millones. Entre sus principales objetivos figuran: atender una mayor demanda y mejorar la calidad del servicio eléctrico.
En otro momento, el presidente Castillo afirmó que convocará a una reunión de emergencia con algunos ministros de Estado para atender temas de la región Amazonas que están pendientes de resolver. “Hay la voluntad y compromiso de volver pronto a Utcubamba para atender las demandas de la población, hace tiempo tenemos una deuda con nuestros hermanos awajún y las comunidades nativas que vamos a resolver“.
Asimismo, aseguró que el año 2023 debe ser el año del relanzamiento de la verdadera descentralización para avanzar con el cierre de brechas sociales y hacer realidad las demandas, los sueños y las esperanzas que tienen todos los compatriotas.
La ceremonia se realizó en la Subestación Bagua Grande y participaron el alcalde provincial de Utcubamba, Alan García Pérez; el viceministro de Electricidad del Ministerio de Energía y Minas (MINEM), José Dávila Pérez, y el presidente del directorio de Electro Oriente S.A., Magno García Torres.
