Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) inició el procedimiento de selección de postulantes al cargo de presidente/a del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Tecnológica – CONCYTEC, organismo técnico especializado, adscrito a la PCM, ello, en el marco del principio de meritocracia que regula el acceso a la función pública y en concordancia con lo regulado mediante Decreto Supremo N° 122-2021-PCM de fecha 18 de junio de 2021.
En ese sentido, se ha conformado el Comité de Selección para elegir al Presidente/a del CONCYTEC, el cual está integrado por los siguientes miembros:

- Cecilia del Pilar García Díaz, secretaria de Gestión Pública (e) como representante de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros.
Miembros: - Walter Alberto Hernández Alcántara, viceministro de Gestión Pedagógica del Ministerio de Educación
- Janeyri Elizabeth Boyer Carrera, presidenta ejecutiva de la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil – SERVIR
- César Leopoldo Camacho Mancho, integrante de la Comisión Consultiva de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, creada por el Decreto Supremo Nº 025-2021-PCM
- Enrique Casalino Quiñones, integrante de la Comisión Consultiva de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, creada por el Decreto Supremo Nº 025-2021-PCM
Secretaria Técnica - Fiorella Mercedes Gotelli Meléndez, directora del Sistema Administrativo II de la Oficina de Recursos Humanos de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros.
Con fecha 12 de octubre de 2022, se instaló dicho Comité de Selección, correspondiendo que el desarrollo de las etapas del procedimiento de selección se sujete a lo establecido en los numerales 5.3 y 5.4 del artículo 5 del Decreto Supremo N° 122-2021-PCM y conforme a lo regulado por la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil SERVIR a través de la Directiva N° 001-2021-SERVIR-GDGP, aprobada mediante Resolución de Presidencia Ejecutiva N° 0097-2021-SERVIR-PE, que contempla, entre otros aspectos, las reglas, mecanismos de selección, factores de evaluación, teniendo en cuenta los principios de transparencia, idoneidad, igualdad, equidad, debidos proceso y meritocracia.
El CONCYTEC es el órgano rector del SINACYT, encargado de dirigir, fomentar, coordinar, supervisar y evaluar las acciones de Estado en todo el país en el ámbito de la ciencia, tecnología e innovación tecnológica; orienta las acciones del sector privado; y ejecuta acciones de soporte que impulsen el desarrollo científico y tecnológico del país.
Por su parte, el SINACYT es el Sistema Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Tecnológica que articula funcionalmente a las instituciones públicas, académicas, empresariales, organizaciones sociales y personas dedicadas a la investigación.

On October 12, 2022, said Selection Committee was installed, corresponding that the development of the stages of the selection procedure be subject to the provisions of numerals 5.3 and 5.4 of article 5 of Supreme Decree No. 122-2021-PCM and in accordance with what is regulated by the National Civil Service Authority SERVIR through Directive No. 001-2021-SERVIR-GDGP, approved by Resolution of the Executive Presidency No. 0097-2021-SERVIR-PE, which contemplates, among other aspects , the rules, selection mechanisms, evaluation factors, taking into account the principles of transparency, suitability, equality, fairness, due process and meritocracy.
CONCYTEC is the governing body of SINACYT, in charge of directing, promoting, coordinating, supervising and evaluating State actions throughout the country in the field of science, technology and technological innovation; guides the actions of the private sector; and executes support actions that promote the scientific and technological development of the country.
For its part, SINACYT is the National System of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation that functionally articulates public, academic, business institutions, social organizations and people dedicated to research.
