Respecto a la difusión en medios de comunicación sobre presuntos pagos bajo el concepto de colaboradores a los señores Vladimir Cerrón y Richard Rojas, hacemos de conocimiento de la opinión pública lo siguiente:
Es falsa la información vertida por un presunto colaborador eficaz respecto a que la Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia (DINI) habría realizado pagos ascendientes a la suma de S/. 40,000 soles bajo la condición de “agente” con el código “Montaña” al señor Vladimir Cerrón o al señor Richard Rojas. Asimismo, bajo ningún concepto han recibido pago alguno.
La DINI es una Institución que vela por los intereses de la nación y la sociedad, teniendo como función proporcionar inteligencia estratégica al Presidente de la República y al Consejo de Ministros para la toma de decisiones a fin de salvaguardar los intereses del Estado.
La DINI cuenta con un Órgano de Control Institucional – OCI de la Contraloría General de la República – CGR quien ejerce control permanente sobre la ejecución del presupuesto asignado a la Institución, del mismo modo la Comisión de Inteligencia del Congreso de la República realiza el control parlamentario de manera constante sobre las actividades de inteligencia y los recursos especiales.
La DINI viene trabajando dentro del marco legal para cumplir con los objetivos trazados en el Plan de Inteligencia Nacional que rige al Sistema de Inteligencia Nacional – SINA.

Regarding the dissemination in the media of alleged payments under the concept of collaborators to Messrs. Vladimir Cerrón and Richard Rojas, we inform the public of the following:
The information provided by an alleged effective collaborator regarding the fact that the National Intelligence Directorate (DINI) would have made payments amounting to the sum of S/. 40,000 soles under the condition of “agent” with the code “Montaña” to Mr. Vladimir Cerrón or Mr. Richard Rojas. Likewise, under no circumstances have they received any payment.
The DINI is an institution that watches over the interests of the nation and society, with the function of providing strategic intelligence to the President of the Republic and the Council of Ministers for decision-making in order to safeguard the interests of the State.
The DINI has an Institutional Control Body – OCI of the Comptroller General of the Republic – CGR, which exercises permanent control over the execution of the budget assigned to the Institution, in the same way the Intelligence Commission of the Congress of the Republic carries out parliamentary control constantly on intelligence activities and special resources.
The DINI has been working within the legal framework to meet the objectives outlined in the National Intelligence Plan that governs the National Intelligence System – SINA.
