Como se conoce el día de hoy en horas de la mañana la Subcomisión de Acusaciones Constitucionales aprobó, por mayoría, el informe final de la denuncia constitucional nro. 219 que concluye acusar por juicio político al investigado Pedro Castillo Terrones, en su condición de presidente de la República, por infracción de los artículos 32, 54, 110 y 118, incisos 1), 2) y 11 de la Constitución, y se le imponga la sanción de inhabilitación por 5 años para el ejercicio de la función pública.

Asimismo, recomienda acusar por antejuicio político al investigado Pedro Castillo, en su condición de presidente de la República, como presunto autor del delito de traición a la patria, sancionado en el artículo 35 del Código Penal, en calidad de autor y en grado de tentativa en agravio del Estado.

La decisión de la subcomisión, que preside la congresista Lady Camones Soriano (APP), fue por 11 votos a favor, 10 en contra y cero abstenciones.
