Carlos Jimy Silva Mena en la víspera desarrolló una exposición de todas las acciones y trabajo realizado en la gestión 2019-2022, que fue transmitido en vivo por todos los medios de comunicación, sobre todo por las redes sociales, no solo de la región tumbesina sino también del país.

Esta exposición se desarrolló en el auditorio Javier Pérez de Cuéllar, donde el primer regidor Lic. José Manuel Gálvez Herrera, la gerente de Rentas CPC Sandra Espinoza Villa, el Gerente. de Seguridad Ciudadana My (r) PNP Margo Gandarillas López, la Gerente de Residuos Sólidos Ing. Erika Gamboa, la Gerente de Desarrollo Social Abg. Melissa Dios Espinoza, el Gerente de inclusión Social Med. Carlos Feijoo Ruiz, la Gerente de Desarrollo Económico Arq. Selene Mendoza Guerrero y el Gerente de Desarrollo Rural y Urbano fueron quienes informaron de manera práctica y clara al alcalde electo Prof. Hildebrando Antón Navarro y lo regidores que lo acompañaran en la gestión 2023-2026.

Fueron más de once horas las que duró esta exposición y aun así faltó tiempo para evidenciar mediante fotos, montos y expedientes todo el trabajo realizado por la actual gestión de Jimy Silva Mena, considerado por analistas y expertos en gestión municipal del país como uno de los mejores gestores en gobierno municipal de los últimos tiempos.

Por au parte el alcalde electo Prof. Hildebrando Antón Navarro manifestó estar satisfecho por lo evidenciado e hizo notar que a veces una gestión es incomprendida por la población producto de la desinformación que general algunos medios de comunicación.

Finalmente, en alcalde en funciones reitero su predisposición de informar todo lo relacionado a la gestión de gobierno 2019-2022 a través de la comisión de transferencia.

Es así que se inició un proceso de transferencia con toda la claridad del caso y dando la información real de la comuna provincial de Tumbes a las nuevas autoridades que llevaran los destinos de nuestra provincia.
