Hancco Soncco, líder del Frente Amplio para el Desarrollo del Pueblo, habló sobre la ejecución de proyectos y programas, lucha anticorrupción, institucionalidad y sobre la crisis política nacional.

“No habrá borrón ni cuenta nueva”, dijo al tiempo de señalar que se solicitarán sendas auditorías a consecuencia de los aparentes actos irregulares identificados hasta el momento en la gestión saliente.

“Más cuando en la gestión saliente se ha desembolsado 125 millones de soles sin avance físico; además, se ha devuelto 25 de ellos correspondiente al “fortalecimiento de la capacidad resolutiva del hospital Regional Manuel Núñez Butrón Puno” que extrañamente no ha sido reclamado por ningún dirigente y tampoco ha sido difundido por los medios de comunicación”, precisó.

Asimismo, pidió honradez a los funcionarios y servidores que acompañarán la actual gestión.

PROGRAMAS Y PROYECTOS:
El mandatario regional anunció la implementación paulatina de programas y proyectos para el desarrollo institucional, territorial ambiental, desarrollo económico y desarrollo local.

REESTRUCTURACIÓN:
En esa línea, agregó que, para lograr dicho objetivo, el Gobierno Regional de Puno necesita una reestructuración orgánica a fin de modernizar la gestión institucional, potenciar la ejecución de gasto con resultados y buscar el financiamiento para los proyectos, a nivel del gobierno central y el sector privado.

PODER JUDICIAL:
Pidió al Poder Judicial, objetividad en sus decisiones que puedan ayudar al desarrollo y crecimiento económico de la Región, ello debido a que existen cientos de pedidos de reposiciones laborales “que en gran número no debía gozar de amparo legal, pero lo han logrado y estos tienen copando de trabajadores en toda la región.

CRISIS POLÍTICA:
Recordó que el artículo 1 de la Constitución Política del Estado establece que “La defensa de la persona humana y el respeto de su dignidad son el fin supremo de la sociedad y del Estado”; esto implica -añadió- que ningún bien puede estar por encima de la vida humana. “Las excepciones están expresamente establecidas en las leyes peruanas, por lo tanto, cualquier acto que involucra daño a la propiedad privada y pública, debe generar una respuesta de las autoridades, pero dentro de lo establecido por la ley, no convirtiendo al Estado en un ente violador de los derechos humanos.
