Un lunes 21 de enero 2013 a las 12.54 pm. en la sala de cronistas parlamentarios del Congreso de la República el periodista Fernando Palomares Arévalo, funda la Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE www.prensaperu.pe “Una Voz a las Naciones”. Bajo los preceptos de sus columnas de: Libertad, Igualdad, Fraternidad y Respeto a los Derechos Humanos; PrensaPerú.pe desde sus inicios se constituye y enarbola las banderas del pluralismo y la tolerancia de la práctica periodística y de la política, dando cobertura en un inicio a los eventos y acontecimientos que se desarrollan en el Parlamento Peruano, y a el interior del Perú y que tienen pertenencia con las labores de los diversos legisladores representantes de dichas regiones del país ante el primer poder del Estado como es el Congreso de la República.

Seguidamente inicia sus coberturas con el aporte de la masificación de la Web y el Internet sus trasmisiones en vivo en diversas redes sociales como Facebook y YouTube; manteniendo informado a sus seguidores y al país de todas las actividades oficiales del gobierno peruano, siendo acreditada y ejerciendo las credenciales de prensa para difundir como medio de comunicación virtual a través de su Website en los idiomas de Español e Inglés, a todo el país y el mundo.
