La plataforma fue diseñada por la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) y su implementación es obligatoria para todas las entidades públicas a nivel nacional, para lo cual se brinda capacitación y asistencia técnica a fin de asegurar la correcta gestión de los reclamos. En ese marco, en los últimos dos meses trece entidades culminaron de forma exitosa su implementación, sumando así ya casi 300 instituciones a nivel nacional las que han puesto a disposición de la ciudadanía este canal de atención.

Asimismo, y como parte de su labor de monitoreo y supervisión, la Secretaría de Gestión Pública de la PCM intervino en 95 casos ciudadanos cuyos plazos de atención habían vencido sin recibir respuesta por parte de las entidades reclamadas y logró que estas fueran atendidas de manera satisfactoria. De acuerdo con el sondeo realizado a los ciudadanos que presentaron su reclamo, el nivel de satisfacción con la atención recibida y la respuesta obtenida ha subido hasta cinco puntos porcentuales en relación con el año 2022.

RESPUESTA OPORTUNA
Para asegurar que los ciudadanos tengan una respuesta oportuna y eficiente a su reclamo, se desarrollan capacitaciones y asistencias técnicas, a fin de que los servidores civiles de los tres niveles de Gobierno tomen conciencia de la importancia de atenderlos como parte de la mejora de la calidad de servicios. En ese marco, la PCM desarrolló casi cien capacitaciones en los últimos meses, contando con la participación de casi 400 servidores civiles.

Finalmente, producto de la implementación de esta plataforma, la PCM ha identificado buenas prácticas en la gestión de reclamos que las mismas entidades han impulsado y desarrollado, como son materiales audiovisuales de difusión innovadores, habilitación de equipos informáticos, entre otros.
