Tras la sesión extraordinaria del Consejo de Ministros sostenida esta mañana, la mandataria indicó que este trabajo preventivo y de atención incluirá a la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales, la Asociación de Municipalidades del Perú y la Red de Municipalidades Urbanas y Rurales del Perú.

“Vamos a incorporar a las autoridades regionales y locales, porque ellos son los que conocen sus territorios, saben dónde están asentadas las poblaciones, las zonas de mayor riesgo, las zonas de evacuación y dónde armar carpas de vivienda, de salud y demás servicios”, detalló la jefa de Estado.

Asimismo, subrayó que el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas ha elaborado un plan de reactivación rápida, denominado “Con Punche Perú: atención a la emergencia”, y el Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (Indeci) renovará su equipo de ayuda alimentaria y no alimentaria.

De igual forma, la Autoridad Nacional del Agua (ANA) hará estudios de las cuencas para definir la habitabilidad, la Autoridad para la Reconstrucción con Cambios (ARCC) priorizará la prevención en su trabajo logístico, y se capacitará al personal de las municipalidades a fin de dar una respuesta inmediata frente a las emergencias.

En la sesión extraordinaria del Consejo de Ministros, la dignataria recibió los informes de la Comisión Multisectorial encargada del estudio nacional del fenómeno El Niño (Enfen), integrada por entidades como Indeci, ANA, ARCC, el Servicio Nacional de Meteorología e Hidrología (Senamhi).

Por otro lado, consultada sobre un audio recientemente difundido por la prensa, la jefa de Estado aclaró que en este se aprecia una coordinación lícita durante la campaña electoral del año 2021, en la cual, aseguró, no manejó un sol y no tenía financista.

La presidenta Boluarte brindó esta conferencia junto al jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, Alberto Otárola, y los ministros de Estado.
