Mediante Resolución Ministerial N°214-2023-VIVIENDA, publicada hoy en el diario oficial El Peruano, establece que la relación de beneficiarios se publicará mañana y los documentos aptos deberán ser presentados en un plazo máximo de diez días hábiles.
Los postulantes deberán tener la solicitud de otorgamiento del BAE; declaración jurada de no contar con vivienda distinta a la colapsada o inhabitable en el lugar de origen; contrato de arrendamiento de la vivienda, suscrito con el arrendador de la misma, con firmas legalizadas ante el juez de paz o notario público; de ser el caso, la declaración jurada de los suscribientes del citado contrato declarando el impedimento económico para la legalización de firmas.

Las familias deben acercarse con sus documentos al local de la Municipalidad Distrital de Reque, ubicado en calle Elías Aguirre N°229, o el Centro de Atención al Ciudadano del MVCS situado en Gladiolos N°398, Urb. Los Parques, del distrito y provincia de Chiclayo.
Como se recuerda el BAE es un subsidio de S/ 500.00 que otorga mensualmente el Estado por un plazo máximo de hasta dos años, para el arrendamiento de una vivienda.
