Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe A partir de este martes, la seguridad ciudadana en Lima Metropolitana quedo reforzada, gracias al plan de operaciones “Abanico Verde 2023”, por el cual se incrementará la cobertura policial y el patrullaje en diferentes turnos con efectivos que realizan labor administrativa.

Estos policías, que vestirán la casaquilla verde fluorescente en la parte superior de su uniforme, estarán distribuidos en zonas específicas como paraderos, puentes peatonales, terminales terrestres y otros lugares para prevenir y disuadir el delito.

Con el plan se prevé intensificar la actuación policial en operaciones de prevención, seguridad y protección, con más patrullaje a pie y un mayor despliegue de efectivos en la vía pública, aplicando el factor sorpresa en su accionar frente a la delincuencia.

La presentación del plan policial estuvo presidida por el ministro del Interior, Vicente Romero, quien destacó que la presencia de más policías en las calles es un clamor ciudadano y una demanda urgente no solo de los vecinos, sino también de sus alcaldes.

La presentación de este plan policial se realizó en la explanada del Ministerio del Interior, donde también participaron el viceministro de Seguridad Pública, Fidel Pintado; entre otras autoridades civiles y policiales del sector Interior.

“Este deseo es compartido por el Gobierno y qué mejor muestra de ello que este plan de operaciones para reafirmar que el fortalecimiento de la seguridad ciudadana y la lucha contra la delincuencia es un objetivo que nos compromete a todos”, subrayó, el titular del respectivo portafolio ministerial.

Romero consideró que la sólida formación profesional de los policías peruanos contribuye a tener el respaldo para lograr las metas planteadas en el fortalecimiento de la seguridad ciudadana. Además, afirmó que estas acciones permiten demostrar que el compromiso del Gobierno con la seguridad ciudadana se mantiene intacto e inquebrantable.

Por su parte, el comandante general de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP), General de Policía Jorge Angulo, detalló que este plan se enmarca en la política del Gobierno para brindar mayor seguridad a la población.

Agregó que el personal policial, sumado al de otras divisiones de la PNP en similar función, permitirá cubrir más de 620 puestos en los turnos establecidos, minimizando en la población los riesgos de ser víctimas de acciones delictivas, como asaltos y robos.

El plan apunta a tener mayor presencia de efectivos policiales, sobre todo, en puntos críticos de la capital para prevenir la comisión de hechos delincuenciales e incrementar los estándares de seguridad y protección las calles, indicó la autoridad policial.

He added that the police personnel, added to that of other PNP divisions in a similar function, will cover more than 620 positions in the established shifts, minimizing the population’s risks of being victims of criminal actions, such as assaults and robberies.

The plan aims to have a greater presence of police officers, above all, in critical points of the capital to prevent the commission of criminal acts and increase the standards of security and protection of the streets, indicated the police authority.
