En un decidido plan de destrabes de de diversos proyectos de inversión en salud que realiza el Ministerio de Salud (Minsa) a nivel nacional liderado por la actual titular de dicha cartera ministerial, cuyos objetivos buscan brindar una atención oportuna y de calidad.

INFRAESTRUCTURA HOSPITALARIA EN CAÑETE
En esta edificación de la nueva infraestructura se invirtieron S/ 219 185 051 y la ejecución estuvo bajo la responsabilidad del Gobierno Regional de Lima. El Minsa, a través de sus áreas técnicas (Programa Nacional de Inversiones en Salud y Dirección General de Operaciones en Salud), ha brindado asistencia y seguimiento para la puesta en funcionamiento del nosocomio.

El nuevo Hospital Rezola Cañete cuenta con 16 consultorios médicos, 4 salas de operaciones, 2 de parto, 120 camas hospitalarias, 17 de observación emergencias y 27 camas UCI (general, pediátricos y neonatal), así como equipos de última generación.

La inauguración contó con la presencia de la gobernadora regional de Lima, Rosa Vásquez; el alcalde provincial de Cañete, José Alcántara; el titular de la Dirección Regional de Salud, Roberto Peña; y el director ejecutivo del hospital Jorge Seminario.

CENTRO DE DESCARTE ONCOLÓGICO EN CAÑETE
Como parte de la política de prevención contra el cáncer, el Ministerio de Salud (Minsa) brindará asistencia técnica al Gobierno Regional (GORE) de Lima para la implementación del Centro de Descarte Oncológico en la provincia de Cañete, así lo indicó la ministra del sector Rosa Gutiérrez Palomino.

En otro momento sostuvo meridianamente que: “Implementaremos el Centro de Descarte Oncológico más importante del sur de nuestro país y será aquí en Cañete junto al servicio de diálisis que mucha de nuestra gente lo necesita”, anunció la ministra de Salud, Rosa Gutiérrez Palomino, durante la inauguración del nuevo Hospital Regional de Cañete “Rezola”, de categoría II-2.

La titular del Minsa enfatizó que con esta medida el sector Salud asume un doble compromiso: trabajar rápidamente en la prevención del cáncer y tratamiento para los pacientes con problemas renales, y llevar a su máxima operatividad el hospital “Rezola”.

HOSPITAL REGIONAL DE CAÑETE
Este año, el Ministerio de Salud ya reactivó trece proyectos de inversión de los 57 que se encuentran paralizados en diferentes regiones del país. El nuevo Hospital Regional de Cañete “Rezola” es el primero de ellos y que hoy se inauguró en beneficio de más de 300 000 personas de las provincias de Yauyos y Cañete, manifestó la ministra del Minsa.

“Sin el esfuerzo de ustedes, sin la decisión política y sin ese trabajo técnico no podríamos haber hecho realidad el funcionamiento de nuestro hospital Rezola de alta complejidad con un recurso humano bastante comprometido”, subrayó Rosa Gutiérrez, quien destacó el trabajo articulado con el GORE Lima.

Recordó, además, que este hospital llevaba más de 12 años con problemas técnicos, administrativos, legales y con falta de inyección presupuestal. “Juntos hemos podido modificar las normas técnicas para avanzar en la ampliación de los servicios de salud”, acotó.

Para la construcción de la nueva infraestructura se invirtieron S/ 219 185 051. Cuenta con 16 consultorios médicos, 4 salas de operaciones, 2 de parto, 120 camas hospitalarias, 17 de observación emergencias y 27 camas UCI (general, pediátricas y neonatal), así como equipos de última generación.

La ministra de Salud informó que en el nuevo hospital ya se atendieron partos. Tal es el caso de María Rojas Alcalde, de 37 años de edad, quien se convirtió en la primera mujer en dar a luz, de manera natural, en el Hospital Regional de Cañete “Rezola” el último sábado 27 de mayo. Dio vida a una pequeña de 3.680 kilos.

Para darle sostenibilidad a dicho establecimiento de salud, la presidenta de la República, Dina Boluarte, aseguró que se transferirán S/ 20 millones para su mantenimiento constante y asegurar que no decaiga en su infraestructura ni equipamiento.
