En la jornada, el viceministro de Gobernanza Territorial de la PCM, Paúl Caiguaray, exhortó a las autoridades a ser eficaces en la ejecución de los recursos, con el objetivo de alcanzar un mayor impacto en la población. “Tenemos muy claro que el progreso de nuestras regiones es el progreso del Perú”, añadió.

Caiguaray además señaló que la región cuenta con S/1522 millones para inversión pública, distribuidos en los tres niveles de gobierno. “Tienen en la PCM un aliado para trabajar articuladamente”, aseguró el viceministro, quien explicó que tras la jornada se sistematizarán los compromisos y se generarán matrices con indicadores para el seguimiento.

La edición Con Punche Regional San Martín también contó con la participación de los viceministros de Vivienda y Urbanismo, Hernán Franco, y de Comunicaciones, Patricia Carreño; los congresistas Karol Paredes y Cheryl Trigozo, y de los alcaldes provinciales y distritales de esta parte del país.

Por su parte, la ministra del Ambiente, Albina Ruíz, destacó los avances realizados por el sector para financiar proyectos en Rioja, San Martín, Nueva Cajamarca y Huallaga, como parte del programa Con Punche Perú. “Este año hemos priorizado los proyectos que tienen expediente técnico”, declaró.

En otro momento, Ruíz agradeció el compromiso del gobernador para impulsar la “Cruzada Verde”, que se llevará a cabo el 23 de junio, a fin de promover la reforestación de los 78 distritos de la región.

La titular de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Nelly Paredes, dio a conocer que se invertirán S/12 millones para el mejoramiento de canales de riego y drenes, lo que beneficiará en 34 mil familias e impactará en el manejo de 37 mil hectáreas.

“Estos trabajos generarán mano de obra en la región porque serán los mismos agricultores los que van a realizar las labores de limpieza y descolmatación. Con ello generaremos 121 mil jornales, lo que reactivará la economía”, expuso Paredes.

En tanto, la ministra de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Nancy Tolentino, indicó que su sector desarrolla 3 estrategias comunitarias en las provincias de Mariscal Cáceres, Moyobamba, Rioja y San Martín.

“Estas estrategias son el empoderamiento económico de mujeres adolescentes y jóvenes, el programa de acompañamiento de las mujeres que sufren violencia y la intervención “Hombres por la igualdad”, manifestó.

At another time, Ruíz thanked the governor for his commitment to promote the “Green Crusade”, which will take place on June 23, in order to promote reforestation in the 78 districts of the region.

The head of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Nelly Paredes, announced that S/12 million will be invested to improve irrigation canals and drains, which will benefit 34,000 families and will impact the management of 37,000 hectares.

“These works will generate labor in the region because it will be the same farmers who will carry out the cleaning and clearing work. With this we will generate 121,000 wages, which will reactivate the economy,” said Paredes.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations, Nancy Tolentino, indicated that her sector develops 3 community strategies in the provinces of Mariscal Cáceres, Moyobamba, Rioja and San Martín.

“These strategies are the economic empowerment of adolescent and young women, the support program for women who suffer violence and the intervention “Men for equality,” he said.
