Como parte de los acuerdos bilaterales entre ambas naciones en encuentros anteriores, Ecuador inauguró el Centro Binacional de Atención en Frontera fomentará el comercio bilateral y el turismo, promoviendo el tránsito seguro y ordenado de personas, vehículos y mercaderías entre Ecuador y Perú.

Como se recuerda en la ciudad ecuatoriana de Loja en abril del año 2022 se realizó un gabinete binacional entre ambas naciones, para desarrollar una agenda detallada de trabajo en temas de seguridad y defensa de interés para ambos países.

COMISIÓN PARA ACTOS CELEBRATORIOS DE LOS ACUERDOA DE PAZ
Ambos dignatarios coincidieron en destacar la conformación de la Comisión Binacional para la conmemoración de los 25 años de la suscripción de los Acuerdos de Paz, el 26 de octubre de 1998, en Brasilia, la que coordinará los eventos binacionales en los que participarán diversas instituciones de los dos países.

El punto central de cita entre ambos jefes de Estado, y de la reunión bilateral entre Guillermo Lasso con la mandataria peruana Dina Boluarte, fue la suscripción de la Declaración Conjunta Presidencial La Tina – Macará. El objetivo de este encuentro es fortalecer la integración económica y turística de ambas naciones, en beneficio de las poblaciones fronterizas.

As part of the bilateral agreements between the two nations in previous meetings, Ecuador inaugurated the Binational Border Assistance Center, which will foster bilateral trade and tourism, promoting the safe and orderly transit of people, vehicles, and merchandise between Ecuador and Peru.

As recalled in the Ecuadorian city of Loja in April 2022, a binational cabinet was held between both nations, to develop a detailed work agenda on security and defense issues of interest to both countries.

COMMISSION FOR CELEBRATORY ACTS OF THE PEACE AGREEMENTS
Both dignitaries agreed to highlight the formation of the Binational Commission for the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Peace Accords, on October 26, 1998, in Brasilia, which will coordinate the binational events in which various institutions of Both countries.

The central point of the meeting between the two heads of state, and of the bilateral meeting between Guillermo Lasso and the Peruvian president, Dina Boluarte, was the signing of the La Tina-Macará Joint Presidential Declaration. The objective of this meeting is to strengthen the economic and tourist integration of both nations, for the benefit of the border populations.
