“La ejecución de las tareas de prevención, que beneficiarán a las 7 regiones declaradas en emergencia, será al 100%. Estamos trabajando en 101 puntos críticos para reducir los efectos del fenómeno climático”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial durante la presentación del IV informe de avance de gestión que encabezó la presidenta de la república, Dina Boluarte Zegarra.

Asimismo, el premier Alberto Otárola destacó la ejecución eficiente del presupuesto de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), la cual presenta un avance del 72.8% (S/2859.8 millones). “Esto significa que se está usando bien el dinero de los peruanos para el desarrollo de los proyectos que benefician a todos”, acotó.

LUCHA CONTRA EL NARCOTRÁFICO

Otárola Peñaranda también reveló que, por disposición de la presidenta Boluarte, se ha asignado S/447 millones del presupuesto del 2024 para combatir el narcotráfico y fortalecer el modelo de desarrollo alternativo, integral y sostenible en el Valle de los ríos Apurímac, Ene y Mantaro (Vraem).

“Trabajaremos con miles de familias cocaleras, a las que invitaremos a sumarse a las tareas de desarrollo alternativo, a fin de romper esa cadena de delito que significa el narcotráfico”, remarcó.

Además, el titular de la PCM anunció la implementación del programa Vraem Productivo, que tendrá a su cargo el modelamiento y la priorización de los proyectos que contribuyan la pacificación de esta parte del país.

“Con ello buscaremos la reducción de los estados de emergencia porque lo más importante es recuperar los derechos fundamentales de todos los peruanos”, añadió.

TRABAJO ARTICULADO CON GOBIERNOS REGIONALES

El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial resaltó el rol desempeñado por la PCM para promover, a través del Consejo de Estado Regional (CER), el trabajo articulado entre el Ejecutivo y los gobiernos regionales.

Al respecto, Otárola explicó que en la última edición del CER, el Ejecutivo reiteró su decisión de impulsar la construcción del Colegio de Alto Rendimiento y la ejecución de Chavimochic III en la región La Libertad; el destrabe de Majes Siguas II en Arequipa; la ejecución del agua potable en Juliaca; la construcción de hospitales de alta complejidad, la mesa técnica para evaluar la creación de una zona económica especial en Loreto y el Programa Niños de Hierro, que busca reducir la anemia en 879 distritos del país.

ACCESO A LOS SERVICIOS DEL ESTADO

El premier también subrayó los avances realizados por la PCM para facilitar a la población el acceso a los diversos servicios que brinda el Estado, tanto a través del portal https://www.gob.pe/serviciosconpunche que reúne 76 trámites, como en los centros de Mejor Atención al Ciudadano (MAC).

“Actualmente contamos con 14 centros MAC en todo el país y recientemente se han inaugurado los correspondientes a Iquitos y Moquegua. Además, se ha dispuesto ampliar su horario de atención de 8:30 de la mañana a 6:30 de la tarde, de lunes a viernes”, acotó.

In this regard, Otárola explained that in the last edition of the CER, the Executive reiterated its decision to promote the construction of the High Performance College and the execution of Chavimochic III in the La Libertad region; the unlocking of Majes Siguas II in Arequipa; the execution of drinking water in Juliaca; the construction of highly complex hospitals, the technical table to evaluate the creation of a special economic zone in Loreto and the Iron Children Program, which seeks to reduce anemia in 879 districts of the country.

ACCESS TO STATE SERVICES

The premier also highlighted the progress made by the PCM to facilitate the population’s access to the various services provided by the State, both through the portal https://www.gob.pe/serviciosconpunche, which brings together 76 procedures, and in the Better Citizen Service centers (MAC).

“We currently have 14 MAC centers throughout the country and those corresponding to Iquitos and Moquegua have recently been inaugurated. In addition, it has been decided to extend its opening hours from 8:30 in the morning to 6:30 in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday,” he said.
