“Ya está en marcha blanca, en este momento, los boletos virtuales para Kuélap. Ingresando a la plataforma digital que estamos implementando, se podrá conseguir las entradas de manera segura y ordenada”, explicó la titular de Cultura, Leslie Urteaga.

“Para la segunda quincena de octubre, tenemos proyectado iniciar el mismo proceso para Machupicchu y los otros sitios en esta plataforma”, agregó Urteaga, durante su presentación ante la Comisión de Presupuesto del Congreso de la República, el pasado 4 de octubre.

En ese sentido, el Ministerio de Cultura trabaja en la planificación y ajustes para la venta de entradas de manera virtual para el ingreso a la Llaqta de Machupicchu, con la finalidad de poder realizar sus visitas programadas con anticipación, para los turistas nacionales y extranjeros. En este momento, el aforo es de 4 044 personas por día.

‘MARCHA BLANCA’ PARA ACCESO A KUÉLAP
En este momento, la venta de boletos de manera digital, para visitar la Llaqta de Kuélap, viene funcionando con éxito, de forma rápida, sencilla y garantizada.

El procedimiento de compra es simple y accesible. Los visitantes deberán registrarse ingresando al siguiente portal https://tuboleto.cultura.pe/, lo que les permitirá seleccionar la fecha y hora de su visita, así como la cantidad de entradas que deseen.

Será muy importante que los turistas que accedan a los boletos acepten el Protocolo de Uso Social de la Zona Arqueológica Monumental y proporcionar sus datos. Una vez completada la reserva, las entradas quedan convenientemente archivadas en la cuenta del usuario en la propia plataforma y se enviaran automáticamente al correo electrónico consignado.

Una vez realizado este procedimiento, los turistas nacionales y extranjeros podrán ingresar al sitio arqueológico de Kuélap y formar parte de la ‘Marcha Blanca’ e ingresar de manera gratuita hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2023.

El Ministerio de Cultura resaltó que el objetivo principal de la plataforma virtual es permitirles a los visitantes, la adquisición de boletos de ingreso a diversos monumentos y museos del país de manera virtual y desde cualquier lugar del mundo. Esto permitirá que puedan programar sus viajes con anticipación. De esta manera, se busca fomentar un turismo ordenado y respetuoso del legado cultural de Perú.

PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL CONGRESO
Asimismo, durante su participación en la Comisión de Presupuesto del Congreso, la ministra resaltó la aprobación del acceso gratuito para personas con discapacidad a museos y centros arqueológicos; así como la entrada libre a los museos y sitios arqueológicos, administrados por el sector, el primer domingo de cada mes, como parte del programa Museos Abiertos.

Mencionó, además, el lanzamiento del programa RescatARTE, el cual busca promover la cultura, la danza y el arte en barrios con riesgo de violencia y delincuencia. Entre los logros destacó la modificación de la Ley de Patrimonio Cultural y su Reglamento, así como la reapertura del sitio arqueológico de Kuélap. También, destacó la puesta en marcha de la estrategia Perú sin Racismo, el fortalecimiento de Rentoca, el proyecto de Ley del Libro, entre otras acciones.

La ministra Urteaga también detalló los proyectos que se llevarán a cabo con el presupuesto asignado al Ministerio de Cultura para el año 2024, el cual asciende a más de 737 millones de soles. Asimismo, señaló que se ejecutará el 95 % del presupuesto de 2023.

Durante su intervención, informó que, dentro del plan de inversiones del 2024, se tiene proyectado S/190.4 MM para financiar la ejecución de 58 proyectos en patrimonio histórico, inmueble, museos, infraestructura, difusión cultural, bibliotecas, sede institucional, entre otros.

Finalmente, como parte de sus funciones, el ministerio, anunció que a través de la señal abierta de TVPerú, se realizarán las transmisiones de la Festividad de la Virgen de la Candelaria de Puno y el Inti Raymi de Cusco, declaradas Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación.
