El premier, Alberto Otárola Peñaranda, explicó que ahora se incorpora un requisito para postular a la Carrera Pública Magisterial y prohíbe el ingreso al maestro que sea parte de alguna agrupación cuya ideología o actos demuestren ser contrarios al orden constitucional y el respeto a los derechos humanos, pudiendo incluso ser destituido y alejado de la institución educativa, como medida preventiva.

Precisó que esta ley beneficiará a más de 6 millones de estudiantes y alcanza a más de 400 mil maestros.

“Todos ellos están obligados no solamente cumplir con los objetivos de la currícula, sino a enseñar sobre la base de valores cívicos, la Constitución y el respeto por los derechos fundamentales, así como la crítica a aquellas ideologías violentistas que solo han hecho daño al Perú”, enfatizó.

Asimismo, dentro de las acciones con miras al buen inicio del año escolar, el titular de la PCM señaló que el Estado avanza en la distribución de materiales educativos. Hasta el momento, ha sido despachado a las diferentes direcciones regionales de educación, UGEL y COAR el 97% de materiales que niños y adolescentes requieren para su debida formación.

Cabe anotar que se cuenta con el apoyo del Ministerio de Defensa, a través de las Fuerzas Armadas, para la distribución en las zonas más alejadas, sobre todo del ámbito rural, en las regiones de Amazonas, Loreto y Ucayali.

Por otra parte, el Ejecutivo aprobó el Plan Estratégico Multisectorial de la Política Nacional Penitenciaria al 2030.

En tanto, también obtuvo voto a favor el proyecto de ley que regula la declaratoria de emergencia ambiental (DEA), para asegurar eficiencia en las intervenciones del Estado ante posibles eventos que pongan en riesgo la calidad ambiental y la salud de las personas.

¿CÓMO IMPULSAR LAS INVERSIONES?
Otárola anunció la creación de la Comisión Multisectorial encargada de identificar barreras burocráticas y proponer medidas de simplificación administrativa. La iniciativa busca agilizar las grandes obras que necesita el país, reactivando la economía y, por consiguiente, generando más puestos de trabajo.

“Actualmente, el Indecopi ha detectado más de 10 000 barreras burocráticas que pueden simplificarse para permitir y acelerar las inversiones”, manifestó.

Junto al jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, participaron en conferencia de prensa los titulares de Educación, Miriam Ponce; Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Eduardo Arana; Defensa, Jorge Chávez Cresta; y Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes.
