“Todos los ministerios tienen el encargo del Ejecutivo de destrabar obras, cerrar las brechas, y promover la inversión apoyando a los empresarios para que generen empleo”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.

En la reunión participaron los presidentes de la Asociación de Exportadores (ADEX), Julio Pérez Alván; de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima (CCL), Rosa Bueno de Lercari; de la Cámara Peruana de la Construcción (Capeco), Jorge Zapata Ríos, y de la Asociación para el Fomento de la Infraestructura Nacional (AFIN), Leonie Roca Voto-Bernales, así como el gerente de Asuntos Legales y Regulatorios de la Sociedad de Comercio Exterior del Perú (ComexPerú), Jaime Dupuy Ortiz de Zevallos.

También estuvieron presentes los ministros de Economía y Finanzas, Alex Contreras Miranda; Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes Espejo; Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Juan Carlos Mathews Salazar, y la presidenta ejecutiva del Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (Indecopi), Karin Cáceres Durango.

En otro momento destacó que, a pocos días de su anuncio, se publicó la resolución suprema nro. 015-2024 PCM que crea la comisión multisectorial para eliminar barreras burocráticas. “La idea es identificarlas y eliminarlas, sin afectar los servicios públicos o generar inconsistencias administrativas”, añadió.

El premier Alberto Otárola remarcó que uno de los objetivos de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) para el presente año será fortalecer la gobernanza de los organismos regulatorios.

“Estos organismos deben responder a políticas públicas muy claras y tienen que adecuarse a las necesidades de la ciudadanía que quiere servicios públicos de calidad”, precisó.

El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial reiteró que las reuniones del Ejecutivo con los gremios empresariales continuarán realizándose de manera periódica, y anunció que se implementarán mecanismos, a través de la PCM, para hacer seguimiento a los acuerdos alcanzados.

“Es muy importante reducir las barreras burocráticas, hacer eficiente la inversión privada y, sobre todo, mejorar en la calidad regulatoria para que las inversiones tengan las garantías que la Constitución establece”, declaró.

“It is very important to reduce bureaucratic barriers, make private investment efficient and, above all, improve regulatory quality so that investments have the guarantees that the Constitution establishes,” he declared.
