En la ceremonia, realizada en la sala Eléspuru de Palacio de Gobierno, los flamantes integrantes del Gabinete Ministerial juraron desempeñar sus funciones sin cometer actos de corrupción.

El general en retiro de la Policía Nacional del Perú Walter Ortiz Acosta juró al cargo de ministro de Interior, en remplazo de Víctor Torres Falcón. Ortiz Acosta se desempeñaba como jefe de la Dirección General Contra el Crimen Organizado del Mininter.

Por su parte el doctor en Ciencias Políticas y Sociales Morgan Quero Gaime juró como ministro de Educación en reemplazo de Miriam Ponce Vértiz. El nuevo ministro posee una maestría en Ciencias Políticas, con mención en Comunicación, Tecnologías y Poder por la Universidad París I.

Por su parte, Ángel Manero Campos reemplaza a Jennifer Contreras Álvarez en el portafolio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego. Manero Campos es ingeniero agroindustrial y tiene una maestría en Administración de Agronegocios.

Posteriormente, Sergio González Guerrero juró como ministro de la Producción, en reemplazo de Ana Choquehuanca de Villanueva. El nuevo titular del portafolio cuenta con amplia experiencia en el sector público, pues ocupó varios cargos administrativos en las carteras de la Producción, Ambiente y de Transportes y Comunicaciones.

En tanto, Elizabeth Galdo Marín es la nueva ministra de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, reemplazando a Juan Mathews Salazar. La nueva titular del portafolio es licenciada en Derecho en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú y estudió Derecho Corporativo y Finanza Internacional en la Universidad Harvard.

Finalmente, la abogada Ángela Hernández Cajo es la nueva ministra de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables en remplazo de Nancy Tolentino Gamarra. Es egresada de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) y obtuvo una maestría en Derecho con mención en Ciencias Penales en la misma casa de estudios.
