El presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, destacó el archivamiento en el Congreso de las tres mociones de vacancia contra la presidenta de la república, Dina Boluarte, e invocó a las agrupaciones políticas a preservar el sistema democrático.
“A las fuerzas políticas, que apoyan la gobernabilidad y que son conscientes de que las necesidades son la reactivación económica y la seguridad ciudadana, las llamamos para que se unan al empeño de conservar la democracia y decirles no a los golpistas y vacadores”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.
En esa línea, saludó el rol desempeñado por las bancadas del Parlamento que no se sumaron a dicha iniciativa, y señaló la existencia de un grupo reducido de agrupaciones y parlamentarios que quieren quebrar el Gobierno y generar el caos.
Al respecto, remarcó que bajo el liderazgo de la mandataria se hará frente a quienes buscan la inestabilidad del país, y aseguró que el Gobierno no se encuentra solo, en referencia al respaldo recibido por las autoridades regionales y locales.
“Todos los gobiernos regionales que han participado del IV Consejo de Estado Regional se han adherido al Pacto Nacional por la Gobernabilidad. Y a este documento se le suma el pronunciamiento conjunto de alcaldes frente a la situación política del país”, precisó.
En tanto, el presidente de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales y gobernador del Cusco, Werner Salcedo, subrayó que los gobernadores apuestan por la democracia y resaltó que las 25 regiones son escuchadas en la actualidad por el Poder Ejecutivo.
“Tenemos una lucha en común: la reactivación de la economía, el combate a la delincuencia, la corrupción, la desnutrición y la anemia, y en como sacamos adelante
a prácticamente diez millones de peruanos que se encuentran en pobreza”, expresó.
RESULTADOS DEL IV CONSEJO DE ESTADO REGIONAL
El viceministro de Gobernanza Territorial de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), Juan Haro, informó que en los dos días de duración de la cuarta edición del Consejo de Estado Regional (CER) se lograron 209 nuevos acuerdos tras 121 mesas técnicas en los que participaron 23 gobernadores regionales y los ministros de Estado.
“Estos consensos tienen impacto en 24 ámbitos regionales y también en el ámbito de la Municipalidad de Lima Metropolitana. Y de estos, 77 corresponden a proyectos de inversión”, comentó.
Asimismo, explicó que el Gobierno nacional brindó orientación y asistencia técnica para 135 intervenciones, a fin de apoyar a las entidades en la culminación de sus expedientes técnicos y en el levantamiento de las observaciones.
“Por otro lado se ha logrado trabajar el destrabe de 11 proyectos que involucran un monto aproximado de 3000 millones de soles. De la misma manera el Ejecutivo ha establecido acuerdos conjuntos con el fin de promover la gestión del financiamiento para 18 proyectos en 12 ámbitos regionales, lo cual representa una intervención por más de 3400 millones de soles”, agregó.
Con relación a ello, el premier Adrianzén hizo énfasis en la eficacia de los consejos de estado regional, y garantizó que los ministros de estado y las autoridades continuarán el trabajo articulado para concretar lo acordado. “Las cifras del IV CER son elocuentes”, añadió.
