Frente a este escenario, explicó que el Gobierno nacional considera oportuno el someter la pena de muerte a la opinión de la ciudadanía.

“Esta propuesta de la mandataria, asumida por el Ejecutivo, será implementada por el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos.
