A partir del 1 de enero del 2025 la remuneración mínima vital será incrementada en 105 soles, alcanzando los 1130 soles, anunció esta mañana la presidenta de la república, Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra, en el salón Tupac Amaru de Palacio de Gobierno.

“Esta decisión la tomamos con responsabilidad y pensando en el bienestar de los peruanos. no lo hacemos pensando en el populismo barato ni en el oportunismo político. Lo hacemos pensando en las familias, en los hogares de todos nuestros compatriotas”, afirmó la mandataria.

Explicó también que el Ejecutivo asumió la responsabilidad de tomar una decisión basada en el análisis técnico y en el bienestar de todos los peruanos porque no se puede disponer un incremento desproporcionado que ponga en riesgo la formalización laboral, especialmente en las micro y pequeñas empresas y aseguró que su gobierno busca afianzar el trabajo articulado y mantener la responsabilidad en el manejo económico.

“Nosotros no gobernamos mirando las encuestas, sino en base a objetivos concretos y beneficiosos para el país, por eso, sabemos que el incremento aprobado es el más justo y el que más se acerca al punto medio”, aseguró Boluarte.

Asimismo, agradeció la participación del Consejo Nacional del Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo y de la Comisión Especial de Productividad y Salarios Mínimos que respondieron a su convocatoria y si bien no se logró el consenso esperado, se demostró un espíritu democrático y técnico durante el debate, por lo cual expresó su profundo agradecimiento.

En su discurso también recordó que uno de los objetivos principales de su gobierno es asegurar que el crecimiento económico beneficie a todos. “No podemos permitir que el Perú crezca a tasas altas y que ese crecimiento no se perciba en el bolsillo de los trabajadores. El progreso debe ser inclusivo y llegar a todos los hogares”.

Recordó también que el país que recibió a finales del 2022 estaba golpeado por una profunda recesión económica, afrontando las secuelas de la pandemia y los embates de la naturaleza, y con una crisis política, frente a lo cual no se quedaron con los brazos cruzados, “tomamos el liderazgo y trazamos un camino de recuperación económica con estrategias claras y decididas para devolverle al Perú la esperanza y el dinamismo económico”, enfatizó.

La situación actual muestra una importante recuperación y en ese sentido destacó el crecimiento como país y también en el tema del empleo formal, que actualmente supera cifras históricas con 4 300 000 trabajadores a septiembre de este año.

“Estos avances no son casualidad ni cuestiones del azar, como nuestros detractores andan diciendo, sino el resultado de políticas públicas responsables y un esfuerzo compartido por todos los sectores de la sociedad”, afirmó.

Likewise, he thanked the participation of the National Council of Labor and Employment Promotion and the Special Commission on Productivity and Minimum Wages that responded to his call and although the expected consensus was not achieved, a democratic and technical spirit was demonstrated during the debate, for which he expressed his deep gratitude.

In his speech he also recalled that one of the main objectives of his government is to ensure that economic growth benefits everyone. “We cannot allow Peru to grow at high rates and for that growth not to be felt in the pockets of the workers. Progress must be inclusive and reach all homes.”

He also recalled that the country he received at the end of 2022 was hit by a deep economic recession, facing the consequences of the pandemic and the onslaught of nature, and with a political crisis, in the face of which they did not remain with their arms crossed, “We take the leadership and chart a path of economic recovery with clear and determined strategies to return hope and economic dynamism to Peru,” he emphasized.
