A través del Programa Nacional de Empleo Jóvenes Productivos del MTPE se dictarán los cursos de: operario en almacén, despacho y reposición de mercadería, caja, ventas y atención al cliente, diseño y desarrollo de páginas web, Marketing digital y comercio electrónico, teleoperador, ejecutivo de telemarketing y más.
La capacitación será 100 % virtual a través de https://aulavirtual.jovenesproductivos.gob.pe/, y permitirá el desarrollo de habilidades y competencias que el mercado laboral requiere. Luego, el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo brindará acompañamiento a los participantes, a fin de que puedan postular a las vacantes laborales que ofrecen empresas aliadas.
La directora ejecutiva del Programa Jóvenes Productivos, Daniella Cuentas Roncagliolo, invitó a los jóvenes a inscribirse en las capacitaciones gratuitas que brindan mayores oportunidades para acceder al mercado laboral formal.
Es necesario precisar que los servicios del Programa Nacional de Empleo “Jóvenes Productivos” del MTPE están dirigidos a personas de 15 años a más que se encuentran desempleadas y en situación de vulnerabilidad sociolaboral en todo el país.
Es importante señalar que, durante el mes de enero del año en curso, cerca de 1000 jóvenes ya se han inscrito.
