“Tras la coordinación entre los ministerios de Educación e Interior, el Ejecutivo está en capacidad de informar que la Policía Nacional brindará seguridad a todas aquellas instituciones educativas que se hayan visto afectadas por actos extorsivos”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial tras la sesión del Consejo de Ministros.

En esa línea, el premier Adrianzén remarcó que el lunes 17 de marzo se llevará a cabo el Buen Inicio del Año Escolar 2025 en más de 55 mil instituciones educativas a nivel nacional, para lo cual, todos los ministros de Estado se trasladarán a las distintas regiones del país para supervisar el comienzo de las clases.

Con relación a los colegios cuyas infraestructuras se han visto afectadas por las lluvias intensas, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) enfatizó que las brigadas de intervención rápida del Ejército trabajan de la mano con los padres de familia para que las escuelas estén aptas para el inicio del año escolar. Asimismo, precisó que se han previsto planes de contingencia para que los alumnos de instituciones educativas no aptas puedan acudir a las escuelas más cercanas.

RECHAZA PARA CONVOCADO EN LA REGIÓN CUSCO
El premier Adrianzén calificó como “absolutamente equivocada” la decisión de las autoridades regionales de Cusco de convocar un paro regional para los días 12 y 13 de marzo, el cual ha impedido a miles de ciudadanos realizar sus labores con normalidad y ha ocasionado pérdidas económicas de decenas de millones de soles.

El jefe de gabinete consideró que la actuación de estas autoridades es inconsecuente porque el martes 11 de marzo, en una jornada de diálogo con alcaldes de la provincia de La Convención, se acordó realizar una mesa técnica el próximo 3 de abril, en dicha localidad, para abordar la problemática en torno al Gasoducto del Sur. Adicionalmente, se había previsto que el 4 de abril, en Lima, se abordarían diversos temas importantes para el desarrollo de la provincia.

“Es absolutamente inconsecuente que hoy hayan primado los intereses políticos en lugar de los grandes intereses de la región Cusco, una región que vive fundamentalmente del turismo y que se ha visto afectada precisamente por estas paralizaciones”, añadió el premier Adrianzén.

En esa línea, el titular de la PCM expresó su confianza en que las actividades en la región estén totalmente restablecidas el jueves 13 de marzo, a fin de que las personas puedan trabajar como siempre y se garantice la buena atención de los turistas. Además, reiteró que desde el Gobierno de la presidenta Boluarte se insistirá en establecer mecanismos de diálogo para solucionar los grandes problemas nacionales.

DESCARTA VERACIDAD EN AUDIOS DE PATRICIA MURIANO
El jefe de gabinete rechazó la veracidad de la información de los audios atribuidos a Patricia Muriano y descartó que esta grabación tenga valor en sede fiscal o judicial. Además, consideró que si dicha persona desea declarar algo sobre la presidenta Dina Boluarte ante el Ministerio Público puede hacerlo libremente. “Sobre todo creo que debería decir la verdad, es decir, que esas presuntas afirmaciones suyas jamás se han producido”, declaró el premier Adrianzén.

CUESTIONAN FILTRACIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN DE CARPETAS FISCALES
El ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Eduardo Arana, manifestó su preocupación por las permanentes filtraciones de información desde el Ministerio Público sobre casos que, generalmente, están vinculados al Gobierno nacional y que debería estar reservada solo para los fiscales y las partes involucradas.

Al respecto, señaló que se ha propuesto convocar al Consejo de Estado o a los actores del sistema de justicia para tratar estos temas. “Lo que está pasando en nuestro país merece una atención preocupante desde el gobierno y de todos los actores del sistema de justicia”, acotó el ministro.

INCREMENTAN PUESTOS DE TRABAJO
El ministro de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Daniel Maurate, informó que en el trimestre de noviembre, diciembre y enero últimos se registró un incremento de 3.1 % del empleo formal en Lima Metropolitana, en comparación con mismo periodo del año pasado, según el informe “Situación del Mercado Laboral en Lima Metropolitana” del Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI). “Eso equivale a 166 mil personas, aproximadamente, que han encontrado empleo en dicho trimestre”, acotó.

De otro lado, el ministro Maurate descartó que la cartera que lidera impulse la desaparición de la compensación por tiempo de servicios y otros beneficios laborales. “En este sector promovemos más bien las políticas de previsión social para que las personas tengan una pensión, acceso a servicios de salud, y por supuesto la CTS”, subrayó.

CRECIMIENTO DE EXPORTACIONES
La ministra de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Desilú León, reveló que en enero del 2025 las exportaciones peruanas alcanzaron un crecimiento de 30.7 % en comparación al mismo periodo del 2024, lo que responde a la contribución del sector minería, principalmente a las exportaciones de cobre y de oro. Asimismo, destacó el buen desempeño de la agroexportación, la pesca y el sector textil y confecciones.

Al respecto, el premier Adrianzén subrayó que la manufactura en el Perú acumula 10 meses consecutivos de crecimiento. “Esto es una muestra del trabajo denodado que se está haciendo en el Ejecutivo por generar espacios de confianza para que los inversionistas sigan actuando”, añadió.

ESTADOS DE EMERGENCIA
El premier Adrianzén informó sobre la aprobación de dos decretos supremos que declaran el estado de emergencia, por 60 días calendario, en 697 distritos de la regiones de Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Ica, Junín, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima, Loreto, Moquegua, Pasco, Piura, Puno, San Martín, Tacna y Ucayali, y de la Provincia Constitucional del Callao por el impacto de las intensas precipitaciones pluviales que se han registrado en el país.

Asimismo, confirmó la aprobación del decreto supremo que declara el estado de emergencia en el sector comprendido entre los jirones Jauja, Áncash, Huánuco, Santa Rosa y Huanta, y prolongación Lucanas, en el Cercado de Lima, por los daños ocasionados por el incendio ocurrido en Barrios Altos.

“Estas declaratorias tienen como propósito, en el caso de las lluvias, que los alcaldes locales puedan realizar actividades destinadas a aplacar los daños, mientras que en el caso del Cercado de Lima se busca que las autoridades tengan los instrumentos legales para realizar las tareas de rehabilitación de la zona cero”, añadió.

AGILIZARÁN INTERVENCIONES EN VÍAS CONCESIONADAS Y NO CONCESIONADAS
El ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes, informó que el Ejecutivo aprobó un decreto de urgencia que permitirá la intervención rápida en las vías concesionadas y no concesionadas. De esta manera se contará con mecanismos que contribuyan a superar la tramitología que impide la solución inmediata de los problemas de las vías, principalmente en los puentes.

Along these lines, Prime Minister Adrianzén emphasized that the Buen Inicial del Año Escolar 2025 (Good Start to the 2025 School Year) will take place on Monday, March 17, in more than 55,000 educational institutions nationwide. Prime Minister Adrianzén described as “absolutely wrong” the decision by the Cusco regional authorities to call a regional strike for March 12 and 13, which has prevented thousands of citizens from carrying out their normal work and caused economic losses of tens of millions of soles.

The chief of staff considered the actions of these authorities inconsistent because on Tuesday, March 11, during a day of dialogue with mayors of the province of La Convención, it was agreed to hold a technical meeting on April 3 in that town to address the issues surrounding the Southern Gas Pipeline. Additionally, various important issues for the development of the province had been scheduled to be addressed in Lima on April 4.

“It is absolutely inconsistent that political interests have prevailed today over the greater interests of the Cusco region, a region that relies primarily on tourism and has been affected precisely by these stoppages,” added Prime Minister Adrianzén.

Along these lines, the head of the PCM expressed his confidence that activities in the region will be fully restored by Thursday, March 13, so that people can work as usual and tourists can be provided with adequate service. He also reiterated that President Boluarte’s government will insist on establishing mechanisms for dialogue to solve major national problems.

RULES OUT THE VERACITY OF PATRICIA MURIANO’S AUDIO RECORDS
The chief of staff rejected the veracity of the information in the audio recordings attributed to Patricia Muriano and ruled out the validity of this recording in the prosecutor’s office or in court. INFORMATION LEAKS FROM PROSECUTOR’S FILES QUESTIONED
The Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Eduardo Arana, expressed his concern about the constant leaks of information from the Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding cases that are generally linked to the national government and that should be reserved only for prosecutors and the parties involved.

In this regard, he indicated that a proposal has been made to convene the Council of State or stakeholders in the justice system to address these issues. “What is happening in our country deserves the worrisome attention of the government and all stakeholders in the justice system,” the minister stated.

JOBS INCREASE
The Minister of Labor and Employment Promotion, Daniel Maurate, reported that in the quarter of November, December, and January, there was a 3.1% increase in formal employment in Metropolitan Lima, compared to the same period last year, according to the report “Labor Market Situation in Metropolitan Lima” by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI). “That’s equivalent to approximately 166,000 people who have found employment in that quarter,” he noted.

On the other hand, Minister Maurate ruled out the possibility that his ministry would push for the elimination of compensation for length of service and other employment benefits. “In this sector, we rather promote social security policies so that people have a pension, access to healthcare services, and, of course, the CTS,” he emphasized.

EXPORT GROWTH
The Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Desilú León, revealed that in January 2025, Peruvian exports grew by 30.7% compared to the same period in 2024, reflecting the contribution of the mining sector, primarily copper and gold exports. She also highlighted the strong performance of agricultural exports, fishing, and the textile and clothing sectors.

In this regard, Prime Minister Adrianzén emphasized that manufacturing in Peru has seen 10 consecutive months of growth. “This is a testament to the hard work being done by the Executive Branch to generate opportunities for investors to continue operating,” she added.

STATES OF EMERGENCY
Prime Minister Adrianzén reported on the approval of two supreme decrees declaring a state of emergency for 60 calendar days in 697 districts in the regions of Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Ica, Junín, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima, Loreto, Moquegua, Pasco, Piura, Puno, San Martín, Tacna, and Ucayali, and in the Constitutional Province of Callao, due to the impact of the intense rainfall recorded across the country.

He also confirmed the approval of the supreme decree declaring a state of emergency in the area between Jauja, Áncash, Huánuco, Santa Rosa, and Huanta streets, and the Lucanas extension, in the Cercado de Lima neighborhood, due to the damage caused by the fire that occurred in Barrios Altos.

“These declarations are intended, in the case of rain, to allow local mayors to carry out activities aimed at mitigating the damage, while in the case of the Cercado de Lima neighborhood, they aim to provide authorities with the legal instruments to carry out rehabilitation work at ground zero,” he added.

INTERVENTIONS ON CONCESSIONED AND NON-CONCESSIONED ROADS WILL BE EXPEDITED
The Minister of Transport and Communications, Raúl Pérez Reyes, reported that the Executive Branch approved an emergency decree that will allow for rapid intervention on concessioned and non-concessioned roads. This will provide mechanisms to help overcome the red tape that prevents immediate solutions to road problems, especially bridge problems.
