Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe A fin de coadyuvar a la mejora del gasto público de los gobiernos locales de las regiones Apurímac, Cusco y Madre de Dios, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, encabezó la Mesa Municipal “Fortaleciendo la Gestión Descentralizada – Agenda 2025” Macro Sur II y expresó la voluntad política del Gobierno nacional de empoderar a los alcaldes y brindarles asistencia técnica para que contribuyan en el desarrollo de los territorios y logren el destrabe de proyectos priorizados.

“Para afianzar la descentralización en el país, empoderaremos a los alcaldes a fin de que sean actores protagónicos de este proceso. Para ello les brindaremos el acompañamiento técnico necesario”, manifestó el jefe del gabinete ministerial durante la inauguración de esta tercera mesa municipal macrorregional desarrollada en la ciudad del Cusco.

En la actividad, organizada por la Secretaría de Descentralización de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), el premier Adrianzén estuvo acompañado por el ministro de Defensa, Walter Astudillo, y por el alcalde provincial de Cusco, Luis Pantoja. Además, se contó con la participación de los titulares de Salud, César Vásquez; Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Ángel Manero; Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes; y Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Durich Whittembury.

También estuvieron presentes los viceministros de Gobernanza Territorial de la PCM, Juan Haro; Hacienda, del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, Erick Lahura; Transportes, del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Ismael Sutta; y Patrimonio Cultural e Industrias Culturales del Ministerio de Cultura, Rosa Novoa; así como más de 60 alcaldes distritales.

Como parte de la jornada se llevaron a cabo reuniones entre los burgomaestres y los equipos técnicos de los sectores PCM; Economía y Finanzas; Ambiente; Defensa; Desarrollo Agrario y Riego; Salud; Educación; Energía y Minas; Interior; Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables; Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo; Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento; Producción; Comercio Exterior y Turismo; Desarrollo e Inclusión Social; Justicia y Derechos Humanos; y Cultura; así como con el Organismo de Estudios y Diseño de Proyectos de Inversión (OEDI).

OBRAS EMBLEMÁTICAS
En cuanto a la masificación del gas, el titular de la PCM anunció que el próximo 3 de abril estará en la ciudad de Quillabamba, en la provincia cusqueña de La Convención, junto con el ministro de Energía y Minas, Jorge Montero, para dialogar con las autoridades locales y la sociedad civil organizada sobre las medidas para lograr que este recurso llegue a toda la región Cusco.

“Hay un compromiso presidencial para que obras paralizadas por años como el hospital Lorena, el aeropuerto de Chincheros y la masificación del gas por fin se hagan realidad”, agregó el titular de la PCM.

Por su parte, el alcalde provincial de Cusco coincidió en la importancia de lograr la conclusión de estas obras emblemáticas que beneficiarán a la población más pobre y garantizarán el desarrollo turístico de la región.

Esta tercera Mesa Municipal “Fortaleciendo la Gestión Descentralizada – Agenda 2025” es una iniciativa que impulsa la PCM con la finalidad de promover el cumplimiento de los objetivos previstos en la programación y la ejecución física y presupuestal de las inversiones a cargo de las municipalidades distritales. La primera edición de esta actividad se realizó en la región Lambayeque el 6 de febrero último y la segunda en Tacna el 18 del mismo mes.

Ambos eventos congregaron a los burgomaestres de las regiones Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Amazonas, Cajamarca, Arequipa, Moquegua, Punto y Tacna, quienes recibieron asistencia técnica para lograr el destrabe de proyectos priorizados y mejorar sus niveles de inversión.

EMBLEMATIC WORKS
Regarding the widespread use of gas, the head of the PCM announced that on April 3rd, he will be in the city of Quillabamba, in the Cusco province of La Convención, together with the Minister of Energy and Mines, Jorge Montero, to discuss with local authorities and organized civil society about measures to ensure that this resource reaches the entire Cusco region.

“There is a presidential commitment to finally make projects that have been stalled for years, such as the Lorena Hospital, the Chincheros Airport, and widespread use of gas, a reality,” added the head of the PCM.

For his part, the provincial mayor of Cusco agreed on the importance of completing these emblematic projects, which will benefit the poorest population and guarantee the region’s tourism development.

This third Municipal Roundtable “Strengthening Decentralized Management – Agenda 2025” is an initiative promoted by the PCM (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Livestock and Livestock) to promote the fulfillment of the objectives set forth in the programming and the physical and budgetary execution of investments carried out by the district municipalities.
