“Para los comisarios tenemos una recomendación, que cuando los ciudadanos vayan a poner sus denuncias de extorsión tomen las denuncias y empiece la investigación, no pueden ser indiferentes a las denuncias”, dijo al liderar una nueva sesión del “Cuarto de guerra”.

En esta reunión, la jefa de Estado señaló que la lucha contra la delincuencia permitirá subsanar lo heredado de anteriores gobiernos que permitieron el ingreso de extranjeros indiscriminadamente, sin el cumplimiento de mínimos requisitos de control migratorio.

“Todas las acciones que venimos reportando en este Cuarto de guerra constituyen pasos firmes y seguros en este proceso de lucha frontal contra la delincuencia”, enfatizó la presidenta.

Además, insistió en la necesidad de sumar esfuerzos, compromiso y trabajo en equipo con los gobiernos regionales y locales, el sector privado, así como el Ministerio Público y el Poder Judicial.

La mandataria detalló que, en las últimas 24 horas, se desplegó 6300 efectivos policiales en Lima y Callao, llevando a cabo 565 operativos que han resultado en la captura de 314 delincuentes.

De los detenidos, 276 son peruanos y 38 extranjeros. Asimismo, se intervino a 49 con requisitorias vigentes.

Paralelamente, las Fuerzas Armadas reforzaron la seguridad con 4160 efectivos que realizaron 250 patrullajes, garantizando la presencia del Estado frente al crimen.

DESARTICULAN 9 BANDAS CRIMINALES
Por su parte, el comandante general de la Policía Nacional, Víctor Zanabria, detalló que se desarticuló nueve bandas criminales, entre ellas “Los despiadados”, con la captura de 11 de sus integrantes que se dedicaban al tráfico ilícito de drogas y la extorsión en el Callao.

De los detenidos, cuatro eran menores de edad, y se les incautó un revólver abastecido, una pistola de metal hechiza con cacerina abastecida, nueve municiones y nueve teléfonos celulares, así como un kilogramo de marihuana.

Además, se desarticuló a las bandas “La hermandad del crimen de Pachacútec”, “Los gánsters de Santa Rosa”, “Los gatilleros del sur”, “Los babys del cruce”, “Los cargosos de Nueva Esperanza”, “Los malditos del peine”, “Los forajidos del arenal” y “Los malditos de Tusilagos”, implicados en delitos como robo agravado, tenencia ilegal de armas de fuego y tráfico ilícito de drogas.

Asimismo, se ejecutaron operaciones policiales en los mercados de San Pedro y Sarita Colonia, del distrito de Chorrillos, en donde se detuvo a seis personas y se incautó 85 teléfonos celulares (22 reportados como sustraídos y 63 en proceso de verificación).

En tanto, la viceministra de Gestión Institucional, Cecilia García, refirió que se trabaja de manera articulada con el Ministerio del Interior y la Policía Nacional para garantizar la seguridad de las instituciones educativas.

9 CRIMINAL GANGS DISMANTLED
For his part, the Commander-in-Chief of the National Police, Víctor Zanabria, detailed that nine criminal gangs, including “Los Despiadados,” were dismantled, with the capture of 11 of their members involved in drug trafficking and extortion in Callao.

Of those arrested, four were minors, and a loaded revolver, a homemade metal pistol with a loaded magazine, nine rounds of ammunition, nine cell phones, and a kilogram of marijuana were seized from them.

In addition, the following gangs were dismantled: “The Pachacútec Crime Brotherhood,” “The Santa Rosa Gangsters,” “The Southern Gunmen,” “The Babys of the Crossroads,” “The New Hope Menaces,” “The Damned of the Comb,” “The Arenal Outlaws,” and “The Damned of Tusilagos,” all of which are implicated in crimes such as aggravated robbery, illegal possession of firearms, and drug trafficking.

Police operations were also carried out in the San Pedro and Sarita Colonia markets in the Chorrillos district, where six people were arrested and 85 cell phones were seized (22 reported stolen and 63 are being verified).

Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister of Institutional Management, Cecilia García, stated that they are working in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior and the National Police to guarantee the security of educational institutions.
