Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe A fin de profundizar el proceso de descentralización, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, lideró la Reunión Multisectorial para el Desarrollo de la Región Huancavelica, en donde reafirmó el compromiso político del Gobierno nacional para avanzar los proyectos mejoren la conectividad de esta jurisdicción con el resto del país.
Durante el encuentro realizado en el distrito de Huancavelica, en la provincia y región del mismo nombre, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial destacó las coincidencias alcanzadas por el gobernador de la región, Leoncio Huayllani, para concretar el tren Huancayo-Huancavelica, el cual fue adjudicado en agosto del 2024 por Proinversión, tras 17 años de espera.
“Trabajemos juntos y articuladamente por el ferrocarril de Huancavelica. Hay capacidades para hacerlo, y la voluntad política para concretarlo es plena. No dudo en que estemos priorizando a esta región”, expresó el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM).
En tanto, el viceministro de Transportes del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Ismael Sutta, enfatizó que el sector promueve una política agresiva de mejora de la infraestructura en la región. Esta iniciativa considera el Proyecto Longitudinal de la Sierra Tramo 4, el cual será adjudicado en mayo y abarca cinco regiones, entre ellos Huancavelica. “Son 900 kilómetros con una inversión de más de 1500 millones de dólares”, explicó.
En otro momento, el premier Adrianzén invocó a las autoridades de esta parte del país a trabajar de manera conjunta para hacer posible la construcción del aeropuerto de Huancavelica. “Es incomprensible que esta región sea la única en el país que no cuente con un terminal aéreo”, señaló.
La cita contó con la participación de los ministros de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Ángel Manero; Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Durich Whittembury, y Energía y Minas, Jorge Luis Montero; y los viceministros de Gobernanza Territorial de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), Juan Haro, y Salud Pública del Ministerio de Salud, Ricardo Peña.
También estuvieron presentes el alcalde provincial de Huancavelica, Toribio Castro, el director del Programa Nacional de Infraestructura Educativa (Pronied) del Ministerio de Educación, Raúl Noblecilla y los representantes del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil.
En otro momento de su discurso, el titular de la PCM anunció que se promoverán las iniciativas destinadas a ampliar los sistemas de riego de Piedra Hermosa, en el distrito de Huaytará, en la provincia del mismo nombre, y de Tullpacancha, en las localidades de Churcampa, La Merced, San Miguel de Mayocc, en la provincia de Churcampa.
En la cita, el titular del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego y el gobernador regional de Huancavelica suscribieron el convenio de cooperación institucional para llevar a cabo la formalización de los predios agrarios en esta parte del país.
PRESIDENTA BOLUARTE FIRMÓ TODOS LOS DECRETOS SUPREMOS
El jefe de gabinete ministerial rechazó enfáticamente que existan decretos supremos que no hayan sido firmados por la presidenta de la república, Dina Boluarte. “Niego rotundamente que exista algún decreto con firma falsificada. La misma mandataria ha suscrito todos los decretos entre el 28 y 30 de junio. Las versiones que indican lo contrario son fábulas a las que no doy nada de credibilidad”, puntualizó.
DESARROLLO ENERGÉTICO DE LA REGIÓN HUANCAVELICA
El titular del Ministerio de Energía y Minas (MINEM) señaló que la región Huancavelica será una de las primeras regiones en las que se concretará la masificación del gas natural, la cual se financia con recursos del Fondo de Inclusión Social Energético (FISE). “El proyecto especial de infraestructura para la masificación de gas natural en Huancavelica ha alcanzado un 21 % de progreso a la fecha y se estima que para fines del 2025 la población pueda contar con el suministro de este importante recurso”, expresó el ministro Montero.
De otro lado, el premier Adrianzén enfatizó que el Gobierno nacional llevará a la región la energía trifásica rural a Huancavelica. “En el Ejecutivo creemos en la energía productiva. Tenderemos líneas eléctricas y atenderemos los expedientes técnicos que están en camino”, agregó.
ENTREGAN MÁS DE 190 TONELADAS DE AYUDA HUMANITARIA
Durante la jornada el titular de la PCM entregó más de 190 toneladas de ayuda humanitaria que se destinarán a las personas afectadas por la temporada de lluvias, en diversos distritos de las provincias de Acobamba, Angaraes, Castrovirreyna, Churcampa, Huancavelica y Tayacaja.
“En total son más 58 toneladas de alimentos y más de 130 toneladas de bienes de ayuda no alimentaria como carpas, calaminas, linternas, entre otros, los cuales se destinarán a aliviar a las 8684 personas damnificadas por las lluvias intensas”, informó el premier Adrianzén.
GARANTIZAN APOYO PARA MEJORAR GASTO PÚBLICO
El jefe de gabinete informó que el presupuesto 2025 asignado a Huancavelica en sus tres niveles de gobierno asciende a la suma total de S/3500 millones, de los cuales más de S/1200 millones están destinados a inversiones, mientras que el gobierno regional cuenta con un presupuesto de S/1450 millones. En este contexto, el premier manifestó su firme voluntad de apoyar a las autoridades regionales y locales para mejorar sus niveles de gasto en el presente año. “Tenemos que preocuparnos por ejecutar todo el presupuesto y hacerlo bien, con transparencia y sin corrupción”, subrayó.
Por su parte, el gobernador regional, Leoncio Huayllani, destacó que la reunión de trabajo permitirá mostrar la articulación entre las autoridades del Ejecutivo y de los gobiernos subnacionales en beneficio de la población de esta parte del país. “La región siempre ha sido atenta por el Gobierno nacional y hoy nos mantendremos unidos para lograr el desarrollo de Huancavelica”.

During the meeting held in the district of Huancavelica, in the province and region of the same name, the head of the Cabinet highlighted the consensus reached by the region’s governor, Leoncio Huayllani, to complete the Huancayo-Huancavelica train, which was awarded in August 2024 by Proinversión after a 17-year wait.
“Let’s work together and coordinately for the Huancavelica railway. We have the capacity to do it, and the political will to make it happen is overwhelming. I have no doubt that we are prioritizing this region,” said the head of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM).
Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister of Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Ismael Sutta, emphasized that the sector is promoting an aggressive infrastructure improvement policy in the region. This initiative includes the Longitudinal Sierra Project, Section 4, which will be awarded in May and covers five regions, including Huancavelica. “It’s 900 kilometers with an investment of more than $1.5 billion,” he explained.

The meeting was attended by the Ministers of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Ángel Manero; Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Durich Whittembury; and Energy and Mines, Jorge Luis Montero; and the Deputy Ministers of Territorial Governance of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), Juan Haro, and Public Health of the Ministry of Health, Ricardo Peña.
Also present were the provincial mayor of Huancavelica, Toribio Castro; the director of the National Educational Infrastructure Program (Pronied) of the Ministry of Education, Raúl Noblecilla; and representatives of the National Civil Defense Institute.
At another point in his speech, the head of the PCM announced that initiatives aimed at expanding the irrigation systems of Piedra Hermosa, in the district of Huaytará, in the province of the same name, and Tullpacancha, in the towns of Churcampa, La Merced, and San Miguel de Mayocc, in the province of Churcampa, will be promoted.

The president herself signed all the decrees between June 28 and 30. Reports to the contrary are fabrications that I don’t believe at all,” he stated.
ENERGY DEVELOPMENT IN THE HUANCAVELICA REGION
The head of the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINEM) indicated that the Huancavelica region will be one of the first regions to see widespread natural gas supply, which is being financed with resources from the Energy Social Inclusion Fund (FISE). “The special infrastructure project for widespread natural gas supply in Huancavelica has achieved 21% progress to date, and it is estimated that by the end of 2025, the population will be able to rely on this important resource,” said Minister Montero.
On the other hand, Prime Minister Adrianzén emphasized that the national government will bring rural three-phase energy to the region. “We in the Executive branch believe in productive energy. We will build power lines and address the technical files that are underway,” he added.
MORE THAN 190 TONS OF HUMANITARIAN AID DELIVERED
During the day, the head of the PCM delivered more than 190 tons of humanitarian aid, which will be allocated to people affected by the rainy season in various districts of the provinces of Acobamba, Angaraes, Castrovirreyna, Churcampa, Huancavelica, and Tayacaja.
“In total, there are more than 58 tons of food and more than 130 tons of non-food aid goods such as tents, roofing sheets, lanterns, among others, which will be used to relieve the 8,684 people affected by the heavy rains,” reported Prime Minister Adrianzén.
SUPPORT GUARANTEED TO IMPROVE PUBLIC SPENDING
The Chief of Staff reported that the 2025 budget allocated to Huancavelica across its three levels of government amounts to a total of S/3.5 billion, of which more than S/1.2 billion is earmarked for investments, while the regional government has a budget of S/1.45 billion. In this context, the Prime Minister expressed his firm commitment to supporting regional and local authorities to improve their spending levels this year. “We must be committed to executing the entire budget and doing it well, with transparency and without corruption,” he emphasized.
For his part, the regional governor, Leoncio Huayllani, emphasized that the working meeting will showcase the coordination between executive and subnational governments for the benefit of the population of this part of the country. “The region has always been attentive to the national government, and today we will remain united to achieve the development of Huancavelica.”
