Las propiedades a subastar se ubican en diversos distritos de Lima y en 10 departamentos del país como Tacna, Áncash, Tumbes, Ayacucho, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Piura, Loreto, Madre de Dios y Ucayali.
Entre los inmuebles se destacan propiedades de alto valor, como un terreno de 2,653.29 m² en una zona en proceso de consolidación inmobiliaria en el distrito de Lurigancho – Chosica, con un precio base de alrededor de 1,7 millones de soles y un local comercial en Tacna, con un área total de 1500 m² y un precio base de 1,2 millones de soles.
En cuanto a los vehículos, se subastarán camiones, camionetas, automóviles, motocicletas y una trimoto, con precios que van desde 565 soles. Entre estos, destacan un remolcador – furgón isotérmico y un semirremolque.
