Así lo afirmó el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, en referencia a las mociones de censura e interpelación impulsadas recientemente en el Congreso de la República contra ministros de Estado. “Reconocemos estas mociones como una práctica parlamentaria, pero, así como el Parlamento impulsa estas acciones, el Ejecutivo evalúa las medidas que adoptará para hacer efectivo el equilibrio de poderes”, declaró.

En esa línea, el premier Adrianzén reafirmó su respaldo al Gabinete Ministerial, con especial énfasis en el ministro de Salud, César Vásquez, quien viene adoptando medidas para mitigar el impacto del lote defectuoso de suero fisiológico al 0.9 % de Medifarma y prevenir el desabastecimiento de esta solución.

“Reiteramos nuestra solidaridad con las familias y los amigos de las personas que perdieron la vida por este suero. Estamos abocados a que este incidente no se vuelva a repetir. Por ello se está reforzando la seguridad sanitaria en toda la red de asistencia pública y en las instituciones privadas”, expresó el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM).

SUSPENDEN PROPUESTA DE FRANJA INFORMATIVA
El ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Eduardo Arana, anunció que el Ejecutivo ha decidido suspender la propuesta sobre el rol de los medios de comunicación en los estados de emergencia contra la criminalidad. No obstante, destacó que el espíritu de la iniciativa buscaba promover la unidad de todos los actores de la sociedad en la lucha contra este flagelo.

“Se han recibido comentarios que han generado una percepción equivocada sobre el propósito de la iniciativa y la vocación democrática del Ejecutivo, así como su respeto irrestricto a la libertad de expresión. En aras de esta vocación hemos procedido a suspender la referida propuesta”, añadió el titular de Justicia.

Con relación al fortalecimiento de la seguridad en las cárceles, el ministro Arana anunció que se adquirirán herramientas tecnológicas, como inhibidores de señales radioeléctricas para los establecimientos penitenciarios de Cochamarca (Cerro de Pasco) y Challapalca (Tacna). Además, dio cuenta de la inauguración del primer penal en Ancón con inteligencia artificial, lo cual garantiza el control de los internos.

IMPULSAN MEDIDAS PARA GARANTIZAR SEGURIDAD EN INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS
El ministro de Educación, Morgan Quero, informó que, junto al Ministerio del Interior, se han realizado reuniones de trabajo con asociaciones de colegios privados y de padres de familia, con la finalidad de diseñar un plan de trabajo con acciones conjuntas y concretas para hacer frente de manera efectiva las extorsiones.

“Hemos logrado la implementación de un plan piloto de seguridad en Lima Norte, con un mapeo de efectivos policiales responsables por cada escuela y una articulación fluida con el serenazgo municipal, así como operativos multisectoriales con la Autoridad de Transporte Urbano para Lima y Callao y la Superintendencia de Transporte Terrestre de Personas, Carga y Mercancías”, explicó el ministro.

El titular de Educación anunció que se está avanzando en la integración de las cámaras de vigilancia externas de las instituciones educativas con la central 105 de la Policía Nacional y las centrales de serenazgo.

AVANZAN PRUEBAS EN EL NUEVO AEROPUERTO JORGE CHÁVEZ
Con relación al nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez, el ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes, destacó las mejoras en el proceso de coordinación alrededor de los puestos de estacionamiento de los aviones. “En comparación con las pruebas que se hicieron en la segunda semana del mes de marzo, los tiempos se están reduciendo de forma notable”, declaró.

Añadió que las próximas pruebas comprenderán la gestión de las maletas, de manera que se puedan levantar las observaciones en este proceso y proceder a realizar pruebas integrales. “Una vez que tengamos los ejercicios completos, podremos determinar cuándo es que se puede abrir el aeropuerto”, comentó.

ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA POR LLUVIAS INTENSAS
El Gobierno nacional aprobó el decreto supremo que declara el estado de emergencia en 57 distritos de las regiones de Amazonas, Áncash, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Junín, Lima, Loreto, Puno, San Martín y Ucayali, por impacto de daños a consecuencia de las intensas precipitaciones. La medida tendrá una duración de 60 días calendario para la ejecución de las medidas de respuesta y rehabilitación que correspondan.

Durante la vigencia de esta medida, los gobiernos regionales y locales comprendidos, con la coordinación técnica del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (Indeci) y la participación de diversos sectores del Gobierno nacional, ejecutarán las medidas y acciones de excepción necesarias.

DECLARATORIA DE ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA EN PUTUMAYO
En Consejo de Ministros también se aprobó el decreto supremo que prorroga el estado de emergencia declarado en las provincias de Putumayo y Mariscal Ramón Castilla, del departamento de Loreto, por el término de sesenta (60) días calendario, a partir del 8 de abril de 2025.

Durante la vigencia de la medida las Fuerzas Armadas mantienen el control del orden interno, con el apoyo de la Policía Nacional, con la finalidad de hacer frente al accionar de los grupos hostiles y otras amenazas conexas.

NEWS BREAK PROPOSAL SUSPENDED
The Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Eduardo Arana, announced that the Executive Branch has decided to suspend the proposal on the role of the media in states of emergency against crime. However, he emphasized that the spirit of the initiative sought to promote the unity of all stakeholders in society in the fight against this scourge.

“Comments have been received that have generated a misperception about the purpose of the initiative and the democratic vocation of the Executive Branch, as well as its unrestricted respect for freedom of expression. In the interest of this vocation, we have proceeded to suspend the aforementioned proposal,” added the Minister of Justice.

Regarding the strengthening of prison security, Minister Arana announced the acquisition of technological tools, such as radio signal jammers, for the penitentiary facilities in Cochamarca (Cerro de Pasco) and Challapalca (Tacna). He also announced the inauguration of the first prison in Ancón with artificial intelligence, which guarantees inmate control.

MEASURES ARE PROMOTED TO GUARANTEE SECURITY IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
