El jefe de Gabinete Ministerial indicó que esta medida responde al diálogo que sostuvo el lunes 28 de abril con la fiscal de la nación, Delia Espinoza. “En la conversación he escuchado la problemática que afronta el Ministerio Público. Por ello, hemos acordado reunirnos nuevamente, la próxima semana, con el ministro de Economía y Finanzas para continuar con el análisis y tomar decisiones respecto a la solicitud de una mayor asignación presupuestal”, precisó desde Piura.
EJECUTIVO EVALUARÁ NORMA SOBRE NUEVO RETIRO DE CTS
Respecto a la autógrafa de ley que dispone un nuevo retiro de la Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios (CTS) hasta diciembre de 2026, firmada por el presidente del Congreso, Eduardo Salhuana, el premier Adrianzén informó que el Ejecutivo revisará la norma y emitirá su opinión dentro del plazo establecido.
“Respetamos la decisión del Congreso, pero vemos con preocupación que algunos ciudadanos utilicen estos recursos y en el futuro no cuenten con dinero para su jubilación”, expresó.
CONFIANZA EN ORGANISMOS ELECTORALES Y LLAMADO A LOS PARTIDOS
El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) reafirmó su confianza en que los organismos electorales (Jurado Nacional de Elecciones, Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales y Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil) adoptarán medidas frente a las denuncias de presuntas firmas falsas presentadas por partidos políticos con miras a las próximas elecciones generales.
En esa línea, instó a las organizaciones políticas a deslindar responsabilidades frente a eventuales irregularidades. “Si algún mal elemento ha incurrido en actividades ilícitas, deben ser los propios partidos quienes lo denuncien y lo pongan a disposición de las autoridades. Desde el Gobierno reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con la neutralidad, la transparencia y el financiamiento del proceso electoral”, remarcó.
LIMA SERÁ SEDE DE LAS FINALES DE LAS COPAS SUDAMERICANA Y LIBERTADORES
En otro momento, el premier destacó que la elección de Lima como sede de las finales de las copas Sudamericana y Libertadores para el 2025 refleja la confianza internacional en la ciudad para albergar grandes eventos deportivos.
“La confianza depositada en Lima demuestra su capacidad en infraestructura y organización. Estas actividades impulsarán el turismo, generarán consumo interno y proyectarán una imagen positiva del país, lo que permitirá replicar experiencias similares en el futuro”, añadió.
JORNADA DE SUPERVISIÓN EN SUBESTACIÓN ELÉCTRICA DE CATACAOS
El titular de la PCM desarrolló una visita de trabajo en el distrito de Catacaos (Piura), donde pudo verificar los procesos de la subestación de transformación eléctrica en la Villa La Legua, infraestructura que beneficiará a más de 100 mil ciudadanos con acceso a electricidad constante, lo que también reducirá el riesgo de daños en equipos domésticos.
El premier Adrianzén estuvo acompañado por el viceministro de Electricidad, Waldir Ayasta; el gobernador regional de Piura, Luis Neyra; y el presidente del directorio del Grupo Distriluz, José Bobadilla.
“Esta obra refleja el compromiso del Gobierno con nuestras poblaciones y con el cierre de brechas. La subestación tiene una capacidad que duplica la demanda actual de la población”, destacó el jefe de gabinete.
El premier informó que la obra demandó una inversión de 11 millones de soles con recursos propios de la empresa responsable. Además, informó que se impulsarán cuatro proyectos de inversión eléctrica que beneficiarán a 1081 localidades de Piura, con una inversión total de 193 millones de soles.

The Chief of the Cabinet indicated that this measure is in response to the dialogue he held on Monday, April 28, with the Attorney General, Delia Espinoza. “In the conversation, I heard about the problems facing the Public Ministry. Therefore, we have agreed to meet again next week with the Minister of Economy and Finance to continue the analysis and make decisions regarding the request for a larger budget allocation,” he stated from Piura.
EXECUTIVE TO EVALUATE REGULATION ON NEW CTS WITHDRAWAL
Regarding the signed bill that provides for a new withdrawal of the Compensation for Length of Service (CTS) until December 2026, signed by the Speaker of Congress, Eduardo Salhuana, Prime Minister Adrianzén reported that the Executive will review the regulation and issue its opinion within the established deadline.
“We respect Congress’s decision, but we are concerned that some citizens will use these resources and not have enough money for their retirement in the future,” he said.
CONFIDENCE IN ELECTORAL BODIES AND CALL TO PARTIES
The President of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) reaffirmed his confidence that the electoral bodies (the National Elections Board, the National Office of Electoral Processes, and the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status) will take action regarding reports of alleged false signatures submitted by political parties in preparation for the upcoming general elections.
Along these lines, he urged political organizations to assume responsibility for any irregularities. “If any bad actors have engaged in illegal activities, the parties themselves should be the ones to report them and bring them to the attention of the authorities. The Government reaffirms its commitment to neutrality, transparency, and the financing of the electoral process,” he emphasized.
LIMA WILL HOST THE SUDAMERICANA AND LIBERTADORES CUP FINALS
On another occasion, the Prime Minister emphasized that the selection of Lima as the host of the Sudamericana and Libertadores Cup finals in 2025 reflects the international confidence in the city to host major sporting events.
“The trust placed in Lima demonstrates its infrastructure and organizational capabilities. These activities will boost tourism, generate domestic consumption, and project a positive image of the country, allowing for similar experiences to be replicated in the future,” he added.
SUPERVISION DAY AT THE CATACAOS ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION
The head of the PCM (Ministry of Public Works) conducted a working visit to the district of Catacaos (Piura), where he was able to verify the processes at the electrical transformation substation in Villa La Legua. This infrastructure will benefit more than 100,000 residents with access to constant electricity, which will also reduce the risk of damage to household appliances.
Prime Minister Adrianzén was accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Electricity, Waldir Ayasta; the regional governor of Piura, Luis Neyra; and the chairman of the board of directors of the Distriluz Group, José Bobadilla.
“This project reflects the government’s commitment to our communities and to closing gaps. The substation has a capacity that doubles the current demand of the population,” the chief of staff emphasized.
