Las clases se desarrollarán, de manera presencial y a distancia, del 2 al 26 de junio, como parte del Plan para el Fortalecimiento de Competencias (PFC) que viene impulsando el Cenfotur. Esta iniciativa busca elevar los estándares de calidad del capital humano del sector y garantizar experiencias únicas y seguras para los visitantes.
Las capacitaciones están dirigidas a trabajadores de hospedajes, agencias de turismo y restaurantes de las regiones de Puno, Ayacucho, Áncash, Pasco, Lima, Lima Provincias, Callao, Lambayeque, Madre de Dios, San Martín, Apurímac, Junín, Amazonas, Cusco, Huánuco, Tumbes, Tacna, La Libertad, Ica y Moquegua.
El público podrá inscribirse a través de las direcciones o gerencias de Comercio Exterior y Turismo de su localidad o enviando un correo electrónico a informespfc@cenfotur.edu.pe
Más de 59 mil prestadores de servicios turísticos han sido beneficiados con las capacitaciones gratuitas, desde la implementación del PFC, en 2015, gracias a un trabajo articulado entre el Cenfotur, los gobiernos regionales y los municipios de distintas partes del país.
Para el presente año 2025, se han programado un total de 254 capacitaciones, con las que se espera beneficiar a más de 10 000 trabajadores del sector turismo.
CAPACITACIONES DISPONIBLES
Entre los cursos programados este mes de junio están: “Costos, presupuesto y principios financieros en turismo”, “Visual merchandising para empresas de servicios turísticos”, “Comercialización de productos artesanales” y “Gestión de operaciones en establecimientos de hospedaje”.
De igual manera, se impartirán las siguientes capacitaciones: “HACCP (sistema de análisis de peligros y puntos críticos de control) para restaurantes y servicios afines”, “Control y optimización de mermas en restaurantes”, Gestión de residuos sólidos en restaurantes y servicios afines” y “Coctelería moderna: nuevas tendencias”.
A esto se suman clases de manejo de redes sociales para emprendedores y liderazgo y trabajo en equipo para la innovación empresarial.

The classes will be held, both in person and online, from June 2nd to 26th, as part of the Skills Strengthening Plan (PFC) promoted by Cenfotur. This initiative seeks to raise the quality standards of the sector’s human capital and guarantee unique and safe experiences for visitors.
The training sessions are aimed at hotel workers, tourism agencies, and restaurants in the regions of Puno, Ayacucho, Ancash, Pasco, Lima, Lima Province, Callao, Lambayeque, Madre de Dios, San Martín, Apurímac, Junín, Amazonas, Cusco, Huánuco, Tumbes, Tacna, La Libertad, Ica, and Moquegua.
