El premier Arana destacó el rol fundamental que desempeñan los servidores públicos en beneficio de la ciudadanía. “Extiendo los saludos del Ejecutivo, de los ministros y los míos a cada uno de los servidores públicos que hacen posible que el Estado tenga presencia en cada rincón del país”, señaló.
El Día del Servidor Público se estableció en 1950 mediante el Estatuto y Escalafón del Servicio Civil, aprobado por el Decreto Ley N.º 11377, primera norma en regular al personal del sector público en el país.
El jefe del Gabinete reiteró el compromiso del Gobierno nacional de seguir fortaleciendo la institucionalidad y el trabajo articulado entre los distintos niveles del Estado para brindar servicios oportunos y de calidad a la población.

Prime Minister Arana highlighted the fundamental role that public servants play for the benefit of the citizenry. “I extend the greetings of the Executive Branch, the ministers, and myself to each of the public servants who make it possible for the State to have a presence in every corner of the country,” he said.
Public Servants’ Day was established in 1950 by the Civil Service Statute and Staff Rankings, approved by Decree Law No. 11377, the first law to regulate public sector personnel in the country.
The Chief of Staff reiterated the national government’s commitment to continue strengthening institutions and collaborative work among the different levels of government to provide timely, quality services to the population.
